Wallet Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Skill91 (“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The Skill91 Wallet is a digital wallet facility made available exclusively for registered users of the Skill91 platform to facilitate secure, efficient, and transparent payment-related activities associated with educational assessments, skill evaluations, academic grant administration, certificate services, refunds, promotional credits, and other eligible platform services.
The Wallet has been developed to simplify financial transactions within the Skill91 ecosystem. Rather than requiring participants to repeatedly enter payment information for every assessment, eligible users may maintain a Wallet Balance which can be utilized for payment of assessment fees, approved service charges, platform purchases, educational activities, and other eligible transactions as may be introduced by Skill91 from time to time.
In addition to facilitating assessment fee payments, the Wallet may also be used to receive approved refunds, promotional rewards, cashback offers, bonus credits, educational incentives, Academic Grant credits where applicable, referral benefits, or other credits approved by Skill91 in accordance with the applicable policies governing those services.
The Skill91 Wallet is designed solely for use within the Skill91 platform and does not operate as a bank account, savings account, prepaid payment instrument, credit facility, deposit account, investment product, digital currency, or financial institution. The Wallet functions exclusively as an internal payment mechanism intended to support transactions relating to Skill91 educational services.
By activating, accessing, funding, receiving credits into, or otherwise using the Skill91 Wallet, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Wallet Policy together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Certificate Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Content Submission Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, and all other legal documents published within the Skill91 Legal Center.
2. Scope of this Wallet Policy
This Wallet Policy governs every aspect of the Skill91 Wallet including wallet registration, activation, wallet funding, accepted payment methods, wallet credits, debits, assessment fee payments, refunds, promotional balances, Academic Grant credits, transaction history, wallet verification, fraud prevention, withdrawal rules where applicable, account suspension, wallet closure, and all other wallet-related services made available through the Skill91 platform.
This Policy applies to every registered Skill91 user who creates, activates, funds, accesses, receives credits into, or otherwise uses the Skill91 Wallet through the official Skill91 website, mobile applications, APIs, educational assessment systems, or any future digital platform operated by Skill91.
The provisions of this Policy remain applicable before wallet activation, throughout the period during which the wallet remains active, after wallet suspension where applicable, during refund processing, while Academic Grant credits remain under verification, during dispute resolution, and for such period thereafter as wallet records are retained for legal, operational, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.
This Wallet Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Certificate Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, and all other applicable Skill91 policies. Where multiple policies apply to a particular transaction, they shall be interpreted together to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
3. Definitions
3.1 “Wallet”
The “Wallet” means the digital payment facility provided by Skill91 for eligible registered users to maintain an internal balance for assessment fee payments, approved refunds, promotional credits, Academic Grant credits where applicable, and other eligible platform transactions.
3.2 “Wallet Balance”
Wallet Balance refers to the total amount available within the participant’s Skill91 Wallet at any given time. The Wallet Balance may consist of participant-funded amounts, approved refunds, promotional credits, Academic Grant credits, referral incentives, cashback rewards, bonus credits, or other eligible credits recognized by the Skill91 platform.
3.3 “Wallet Transaction”
A Wallet Transaction includes every debit, credit, payment, refund, adjustment, promotional credit, Academic Grant credit, administrative correction, or other financial entry recorded within the Skill91 Wallet.
3.4 “Wallet Holder”
The Wallet Holder means a registered Skill91 participant in whose name the Wallet has been created and who has accepted this Wallet Policy and the applicable Skill91 legal policies.
3.5 “Academic Grant Credit”
Academic Grant Credit means any educational financial assistance, scholarship amount, merit-based educational support, reward, or approved grant credited into the Skill91 Wallet following successful completion of applicable verification procedures under the Academic Grant Policy.
4. Wallet Eligibility
Only registered users possessing a valid Skill91 account are eligible to activate and use the Skill91 Wallet. Wallet eligibility may depend upon successful account registration, email verification, mobile verification, identity verification where required, acceptance of applicable legal policies, and compliance with all platform requirements.
Skill91 reserves the right to determine wallet eligibility at its sole discretion. Certain wallet features, including Academic Grant credits, withdrawals where available, promotional programs, or high-value transactions, may require additional verification procedures before activation.
Users whose accounts have been suspended, permanently terminated, restricted due to fraud investigations, or found in violation of platform policies may be denied access to wallet services without creating any obligation upon Skill91 to provide continued wallet functionality.
5. Wallet Registration and Activation
An eligible Wallet may be automatically created during account registration or may become available after completion of specified verification procedures determined by Skill91. Wallet activation confirms that the participant is eligible to utilize internal wallet services offered through the Skill91 platform.
Activation of the Wallet does not automatically create any entitlement to receive promotional credits, Academic Grants, cashback rewards, or financial benefits. Individual wallet features become available only where the participant satisfies the specific eligibility requirements applicable to those services.
Skill91 reserves the right to postpone, suspend, reject, or permanently refuse wallet activation where incomplete registration information, identity discrepancies, suspected fraud, technical issues, legal compliance requirements, or policy violations are identified.
6. Wallet Balance
The Wallet Balance displayed within the Skill91 Wallet represents the total amount of eligible funds available for use in accordance with this Wallet Policy. Wallet Balance may consist of participant-funded deposits, approved refunds, promotional credits, referral rewards, cashback incentives, administrative adjustments, Academic Grant credits where applicable, or other credits officially recognized by Skill91.
Wallet Balance is maintained electronically through the official Skill91 Wallet Management System and is updated automatically whenever an eligible Wallet Transaction is successfully completed. Participants may review their current Wallet Balance by logging into their registered Skill91 account.
The Wallet Balance displayed within the Skill91 platform shall be treated as the official record of available funds. Screenshots, printed records, browser cache, third-party applications, emails, or manually maintained records shall not override the balance maintained within the official Skill91 Wallet database.
Skill91 reserves the right to temporarily withhold, adjust, freeze, reverse, or correct Wallet Balances where technical errors, duplicate transactions, payment disputes, fraud investigations, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, accounting discrepancies, or legal compliance requirements reasonably require such action.
7. Adding Money to the Wallet
Eligible users may add funds to their Skill91 Wallet using payment methods officially supported by the Skill91 platform. Wallet funding enables participants to complete future assessment fee payments quickly without repeatedly entering payment information for every transaction.
All Wallet funding transactions shall be processed through authorized payment gateways, banking partners, payment processors, or other approved financial service providers integrated with the Skill91 platform. Skill91 does not directly process confidential payment credentials such as debit card PINs, internet banking passwords, CVV numbers, or UPI PINs.
Participants are responsible for entering accurate payment information before confirming any Wallet funding request. Once a successful payment has been completed, the corresponding Wallet Balance will ordinarily be updated automatically, subject to confirmation from the applicable payment service provider.
Skill91 reserves the right to establish minimum funding amounts, maximum funding limits, transaction frequency restrictions, daily limits, monthly limits, promotional funding limits, or other operational controls necessary to maintain platform security, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and financial stability.
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Depending upon availability and regional support, Skill91 may permit Wallet funding using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, digital payment gateways, supported mobile payment systems, approved payment wallets, banking transfers, or other payment methods introduced by Skill91 from time to time.
The availability of any payment method may change without prior notice due to banking regulations, payment gateway availability, security considerations, operational requirements, or decisions made by third-party payment providers.
8. Wallet Credits
Amounts credited into the Skill91 Wallet may originate from different sources including participant-funded deposits, approved refunds, Academic Grant credits, referral rewards, promotional campaigns, cashback offers, bonus programs, administrative adjustments, goodwill credits, or other eligible platform incentives.
Each Wallet Credit shall be recorded separately within the participant’s Wallet Transaction History together with relevant transaction details, including transaction type, transaction reference number where applicable, date, amount, transaction status, and other operational information maintained by the Skill91 Wallet Management System.
Certain Wallet Credits may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, usage restrictions, expiration periods, withdrawal limitations, or promotional terms communicated at the time the credit is awarded.
Skill91 reserves the right to reverse or cancel Wallet Credits where they have been issued due to technical errors, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, policy violations, payment reversals, chargebacks, or administrative mistakes.
9. Wallet Debits
Wallet Debits occur whenever an eligible amount is deducted from the participant’s Wallet Balance for payment of assessment fees, approved services, administrative adjustments, charge reversals, refund corrections, fraud recovery, or other transactions authorized under this Wallet Policy.
Participants are responsible for reviewing Wallet Debit transactions promptly after completion. Any suspected unauthorized Wallet Debit should be reported to Skill91 through the official support channels without unreasonable delay.
Skill91 may decline Wallet Debit requests where sufficient Wallet Balance is unavailable, fraud prevention systems identify unusual activity, technical errors occur, payment authorization fails, or the requested transaction violates applicable platform policies.
10. Assessment Fee Payments Using Wallet
The primary purpose of the Skill91 Wallet is to facilitate convenient payment of assessment fees and other eligible educational services available through the Skill91 platform. Participants may choose to use available Wallet Balance instead of initiating a new payment transaction for each assessment.
Where sufficient Wallet Balance exists, eligible assessment fees may be automatically deducted following participant confirmation. A successful Wallet Debit shall ordinarily constitute payment of the applicable assessment fee, subject to successful registration of the assessment.
Where Wallet Balance is insufficient to complete payment, participants may be required to add additional funds or utilize another supported payment method before assessment registration can be completed.
Completion of Wallet payment does not automatically guarantee assessment participation, certificate issuance, Academic Grant eligibility, evaluation success, or selection as a winner. All assessment activities remain governed by the applicable Skill91 policies.
11. Wallet Transaction History
Skill91 maintains an electronic record of Wallet Transactions for every Wallet Holder. Transaction History enables participants to review deposits, payments, refunds, promotional credits, Academic Grant credits, administrative adjustments, transaction dates, transaction references, transaction status, and other relevant financial activity associated with the Wallet.
Participants are encouraged to review their Transaction History regularly and promptly report any transaction believed to be inaccurate, unauthorized, duplicated, incomplete, or inconsistent with their records.
The Transaction History maintained within the official Skill91 Wallet database shall constitute the authoritative record of Wallet activity. Transaction records maintained outside the Skill91 platform shall not override the official Wallet records maintained by Skill91.
12. Wallet Limits
To maintain platform security, operational stability, fraud prevention, financial compliance, and efficient wallet administration, Skill91 may establish reasonable Wallet limits applicable to funding transactions, Wallet Balances, individual payments, daily transaction values, monthly transaction volumes, promotional credits, refunds, or other Wallet activities.
Wallet limits may vary depending upon participant verification status, assessment participation history, account standing, payment verification requirements, promotional campaigns, regulatory obligations, technical limitations, or operational policies implemented by Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to revise Wallet limits at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, banking requirements, payment gateway policies, fraud prevention measures, or changes in platform operations.
Where applicable Wallet limits are exceeded, Skill91 may temporarily decline transactions, request additional verification, delay processing, suspend Wallet functionality, or require participants to utilize alternative payment methods until the relevant requirements have been satisfied.
13. Refunds Credited to Wallet
Where a participant becomes eligible for a refund under the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, Skill91 may, at its sole discretion or where selected by the participant, credit the approved refund amount directly into the participant’s Skill91 Wallet instead of processing the refund through the original payment method, where such processing is operationally feasible and permitted under applicable laws.
Refunds credited to the Wallet may be used for future assessment registrations, educational services, certificate-related services, platform purchases, or any other eligible transactions supported by the Skill91 platform. The availability and permitted use of refunded amounts shall always remain subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon payment verification, cancellation verification, banking procedures, dispute resolution, payment gateway confirmations, technical processing requirements, fraud prevention measures, and other operational considerations. Participants acknowledge that refund approval and Wallet crediting are separate administrative processes.
Skill91 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, delay, adjust, reverse, or recover any refund credited to the Wallet where duplicate refunds, payment disputes, fraudulent activity, policy violations, technical errors, chargebacks, administrative mistakes, or legal obligations require corrective action.
14. Academic Grant Credits
Where a participant becomes eligible to receive an Academic Grant under the applicable Academic Grant Policy, Skill91 may credit the approved grant amount into the participant’s Skill91 Wallet after successful completion of all required verification procedures, eligibility reviews, identity verification, document validation, compliance checks, and administrative approvals.
Academic Grant Credits represent educational financial assistance awarded by Skill91 in accordance with its Academic Grant Policy and shall not be interpreted as salary, employment income, prize money, investment returns, banking deposits, guaranteed compensation, or any financial entitlement beyond the approved educational grant.
Academic Grant Credits may be subject to separate terms governing their permitted use, withdrawal eligibility, utilization period, verification requirements, reporting obligations, taxation where applicable, and compliance with applicable laws. Participants are responsible for reviewing all conditions applicable to Academic Grant Credits before using such amounts.
Where an Academic Grant is subsequently cancelled, withdrawn, suspended, or declared ineligible following fraud investigations, document verification failures, policy violations, administrative review, or legal requirements, Skill91 reserves the right to reverse the corresponding Wallet Credit and update the participant’s Wallet records accordingly.
15. Promotional Credits and Cashback
From time to time, Skill91 may introduce promotional campaigns, referral programs, educational incentives, seasonal offers, loyalty rewards, cashback promotions, discount campaigns, or other marketing initiatives through which eligible participants may receive Promotional Credits within their Skill91 Wallet.
Promotional Credits are offered solely at the discretion of Skill91 and do not create any continuing entitlement for future promotional benefits. Every promotional campaign may contain separate eligibility criteria, validity periods, usage limitations, assessment restrictions, redemption conditions, minimum purchase requirements, or other promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotional Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Promotional Credits ordinarily remain usable only for eligible services specifically identified by Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, cancel, recover, or replace Promotional Credits at any time where promotional abuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate participation, technical errors, or violations of promotional terms are identified.
16. Bonus Credits and Referral Rewards
Skill91 may provide Bonus Credits, Referral Rewards, educational incentives, loyalty rewards, or similar Wallet benefits to participants who satisfy the eligibility requirements established for applicable promotional programs. Such credits are intended to encourage responsible participation and continued engagement with the Skill91 platform.
Eligibility for Bonus Credits shall always depend upon compliance with the applicable promotional rules. Participants shall not create multiple accounts, submit false referrals, manipulate promotional systems, use automated software, or otherwise engage in conduct intended to obtain Bonus Credits unfairly.
Bonus Credits may expire if not utilized within the validity period specified for the relevant promotional program. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused Bonus Credits shall not automatically convert into withdrawable cash or transferable Wallet Balance.
Skill91 reserves the right to reverse Bonus Credits, Referral Rewards, or promotional Wallet balances where fraud, duplicate accounts, technical errors, policy violations, or promotional abuse are identified.
17. Wallet Balance Expiry
Participant-funded Wallet Balances ordinarily remain available until utilized for eligible Skill91 services unless otherwise required by applicable law, payment regulations, account closure procedures, or operational policies communicated by Skill91.
Certain Wallet Credits, including Promotional Credits, Cashback Rewards, Bonus Credits, Referral Rewards, goodwill credits, or other incentive balances, may be issued with predetermined validity periods. Such credits shall expire automatically upon expiration of the applicable validity period unless otherwise specified by Skill91.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the validity period applicable to each promotional Wallet Credit. Skill91 shall not be obligated to restore expired promotional balances unless restoration is expressly permitted under the applicable promotional program.
Expiration of promotional balances shall not affect participant-funded Wallet deposits unless specifically provided by applicable law or separately communicated by Skill91.
18. Failed, Pending and Incomplete Transactions
While Skill91 endeavors to provide reliable Wallet services, certain transactions may occasionally remain pending, fail to complete, or be interrupted due to payment gateway issues, banking delays, internet connectivity problems, system maintenance, security verification, technical failures, or other operational circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.
Where a transaction remains pending, participants are encouraged not to initiate repeated payment attempts until the transaction status has been updated. Multiple payment attempts during pending processing may increase the possibility of duplicate transactions or temporary payment authorizations.
If funds are debited by a banking institution or payment service provider but the corresponding Wallet Credit is not immediately reflected within the Skill91 Wallet, participants should allow reasonable processing time before contacting Skill91 Customer Support together with the relevant payment reference number.
Skill91 shall make reasonable efforts to investigate failed or pending Wallet Transactions in cooperation with authorized payment providers. Resolution timelines may depend upon payment gateway investigations, banking systems, reconciliation processes, fraud reviews, and technical verification procedures.
Where duplicate Wallet Credits or duplicate debits occur due to technical errors, reconciliation processes, payment gateway failures, or administrative mistakes, Skill91 reserves the right to reverse, adjust, recover, or otherwise correct the affected Wallet Transactions in order to restore accurate Wallet records.
19. Wallet Withdrawal Policy
Subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, payment provider capabilities, and the operational policies of Skill91, certain categories of Wallet Balances may become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal eligibility shall be determined exclusively by Skill91 and shall depend upon the nature of the Wallet Balance, successful completion of identity verification, compliance with applicable policies, and satisfaction of all administrative requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participant-funded Wallet deposits, Promotional Credits, Cashback Rewards, Referral Bonuses, Bonus Credits, discount balances, or other promotional incentives shall not automatically become withdrawable simply because they appear within the Wallet Balance. Individual Wallet components may carry different usage rights and withdrawal restrictions.
Where Academic Grant Credits or other approved educational financial assistance become eligible for withdrawal, such withdrawals shall remain subject to successful identity verification, document verification, fraud screening, tax compliance where applicable, banking verification, and any additional procedures required by Skill91 before release of funds.
Skill91 reserves the right to establish minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, daily withdrawal limits, monthly withdrawal limits, processing fees where applicable, verification procedures, holding periods, and banking requirements necessary to maintain platform security and regulatory compliance.
Withdrawal requests submitted through unofficial communication channels, third-party applications, social media, messaging platforms, or unauthorized representatives shall not be recognized as valid withdrawal requests.
20. Identity Verification (KYC)
To maintain the security, transparency, and lawful operation of the Skill91 Wallet, Skill91 may require Wallet Holders to complete identity verification procedures before accessing certain Wallet features, including high-value transactions, Academic Grant withdrawals, refund processing, Wallet restoration, account recovery, or other financial activities.
Identity verification may include submission of government-issued identification documents, photographs, selfies, signatures, address verification, bank account verification, educational records, PAN details where applicable, or any additional documentation reasonably necessary to establish participant identity and prevent fraudulent financial activity.
Participants agree that all information submitted during KYC verification shall be true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Submission of forged documents, altered identification records, false banking information, or misleading declarations may result in immediate suspension of Wallet services and additional action under applicable Skill91 policies.
Identity verification information shall be collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the Skill91 Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements governing personal information.
21. Suspicious Transactions and Financial Monitoring
Skill91 continuously monitors Wallet activity to identify unusual transaction patterns, unauthorized access attempts, duplicate payments, excessive funding activity, abnormal withdrawal requests, multiple account usage, payment reversals, chargebacks, identity inconsistencies, and other activities that may indicate fraud, financial abuse, money laundering, policy violations, or unauthorized platform use.
Participants acknowledge that automated monitoring systems, manual reviews, transaction analytics, payment gateway reports, device identification technologies, IP address analysis, login history, behavioral monitoring, and other reasonable security measures may be used to protect the integrity of the Skill91 Wallet.
Where suspicious activity is detected, Skill91 may temporarily suspend Wallet functionality, delay transaction processing, request additional verification, restrict withdrawals, reverse unauthorized credits, freeze Wallet Balances, or conduct further investigations before allowing additional Wallet activity.
Participants agree to cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation conducted by Skill91 relating to suspicious Wallet Transactions or financial verification procedures.
22. Wallet Suspension and Termination
Skill91 reserves the right to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, restrict, deactivate, or otherwise limit Wallet access whenever reasonably necessary to protect platform security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, investigate suspicious activity, enforce platform policies, or maintain operational integrity.
Grounds for Wallet suspension may include identity verification failures, suspected fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, unauthorized account access, repeated policy violations, multiple account creation, misuse of promotional credits, chargebacks, submission of false information, or any activity reasonably considered harmful to the Skill91 platform.
During suspension, participants may temporarily lose access to Wallet funding, withdrawals, assessment fee payments, promotional balances, Academic Grant processing, and other Wallet services until the relevant investigation or verification process has been completed.
Permanent termination of Wallet services may occur where serious fraud, repeated violations, criminal activity, forged documentation, or intentional misuse of Wallet facilities has been established after appropriate review.
23. Fraud Prevention and Unauthorized Use
Skill91 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, financial manipulation, unauthorized Wallet usage, fake payment confirmations, forged banking records, payment gateway abuse, identity theft, account sharing, automated transaction systems, promotional abuse, referral fraud, and any activity intended to obtain unlawful financial advantages through the Skill91 Wallet.
Participants shall not attempt to manipulate Wallet Balances, exploit software vulnerabilities, interfere with payment processing systems, intentionally generate duplicate transactions, create multiple Wallet accounts, misuse Academic Grant Credits, or engage in any conduct capable of compromising the integrity of the Wallet ecosystem.
Where fraudulent conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, Skill91 reserves the right to suspend Wallet services, freeze Wallet Balances, reverse transactions, cancel Academic Grant Credits, revoke certificates where appropriate, terminate user accounts, recover financial losses, and cooperate with payment providers or competent authorities as required by applicable law.
Fraud investigations may continue even after Wallet closure, account termination, or completion of assessment activities where reasonably necessary to protect Skill91 or its users.
24. Negative Wallet Balance and Recovery
Under normal circumstances, the Skill91 Wallet is designed to prevent Wallet Balances from becoming negative. However, negative balances may arise due to chargebacks, payment reversals, duplicate credits, banking disputes, administrative corrections, fraud investigations, system reconciliation, or other exceptional operational circumstances.
Where a negative Wallet Balance occurs, Skill91 reserves the right to recover the outstanding amount by adjusting future Wallet Credits, reversing promotional balances, offsetting approved refunds, withholding Academic Grant Credits where legally permissible, or requesting direct repayment from the participant.
Participants agree to cooperate in resolving negative Wallet Balances promptly. Continued failure to resolve outstanding balances may result in suspension of Wallet services, restriction of assessment participation, withholding of certificates, limitation of Academic Grant processing, or additional administrative action permitted under applicable Skill91 policies.
Skill91 shall maintain appropriate transaction records relating to all negative balance adjustments, recoveries, administrative corrections, and reconciliation activities to ensure financial transparency and audit compliance.
25. Responsibilities of Wallet Holders
Every Wallet Holder is responsible for using the Skill91 Wallet honestly, responsibly, and strictly in accordance with this Wallet Policy, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, and all other applicable legal documents published by Skill91.
Participants must ensure that all information associated with their Wallet account remains accurate, complete, and current at all times. This includes maintaining updated contact information, verified email addresses, mobile numbers, identity records where applicable, banking details, and any other information reasonably required for secure Wallet operations.
Wallet Holders are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, authentication codes, registered mobile devices, email accounts, and any other access methods used to access the Skill91 platform. Participants should never share account credentials with any other individual.

Participants shall not permit any third party to use their Wallet account, process transactions on their behalf without authorization, or otherwise misuse the Wallet for activities inconsistent with this Policy or applicable laws.
26. Rights Reserved by Skill91
Skill91 reserves all rights reasonably necessary to establish, operate, administer, modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, investigate, secure, monitor, audit, verify, and maintain the Skill91 Wallet ecosystem. These rights may be exercised whenever reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, or improve operational efficiency.
Without limitation, Skill91 reserves the right to establish or revise Wallet limits, transaction limits, funding limits, withdrawal procedures, verification requirements, processing timelines, supported payment methods, promotional campaigns, Wallet features, security technologies, administrative procedures, and operational policies at any time.
Skill91 further reserves the right to temporarily delay, suspend, reverse, cancel, adjust, recover, investigate, or reject Wallet Transactions where technical errors, duplicate transactions, payment disputes, fraud investigations, banking irregularities, regulatory obligations, or platform security concerns reasonably require such action.

Wallet closure does not automatically result in deletion of the participant’s Skill91 account unless a separate account deletion request is submitted and approved in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Where a Wallet contains pending refunds, unresolved payment disputes, incomplete verification procedures, frozen balances, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or outstanding financial obligations, Skill91 reserves the right to postpone Wallet closure until such matters have been fully resolved.
Following successful Wallet closure, access to Wallet services may be permanently discontinued.
