1. Introduction
Welcome to Skill91 (“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Skill91 website, educational assessment platform, digital services, learning resources, certificates, academic grant programs, wallet services, communication channels, and all related products or services operated under the Skill91 brand.
Skill91 is designed as a skill-based educational assessment platform where individuals may participate in assessments, submit educational or creative work for evaluation, access learning resources, receive merit-based rankings, qualify for academic grants where applicable, obtain certificates, and utilize various digital services offered through the platform. These Terms & Conditions establish the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and obligations applicable to every user accessing Skill91.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using any Skill91 service, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Fair Play Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Disclaimer, and all other legal documents published within the Skill91 Legal Center.
If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms & Conditions, you should immediately discontinue the use of the Skill91 platform and refrain from accessing any of our services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering for an assessment, making any payment, submitting any content, participating in educational activities, applying for academic grants, obtaining certificates, accessing learning materials, or otherwise using Skill91, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all other policies published by Skill91.
Your continued use of the Skill91 platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments, revisions, or updates published by Skill91. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Where additional terms apply to a specific assessment, educational activity, certificate program, campaign, competition, scholarship, academic grant, or promotional initiative, such additional terms shall be read together with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms applicable to that service shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
3. Purpose of the Platform
Skill91 provides a technology platform intended to facilitate educational assessments, skill evaluation, talent recognition, learning opportunities, educational participation, digital certification, merit-based academic grants, and related educational services. Assessment fees, where applicable, are charged for participation, administration, evaluation, operational costs, and related platform services. Payment of an assessment fee does not guarantee any particular score, ranking, certificate, academic grant, or outcome.
Academic grants, certificates, rankings, recognitions, and educational benefits offered through Skill91 are subject to applicable eligibility criteria, evaluation standards, verification procedures, platform policies, and other requirements established for the relevant assessment or educational activity.
4. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below.
4.1 “Skill91”
“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the Skill91 platform, its website, educational assessment services, digital products, academic programs, certificates, learning resources, wallet services, official communication channels, affiliates where applicable, and all services operated under the Skill91 brand.
4.2 “User”
“User” means any individual who visits, browses, registers, accesses, communicates with, participates in assessments, submits content, purchases services, or otherwise uses any feature or service offered through the Skill91 platform.
4.3 “Assessment”
Assessment means any educational, academic, technical, professional, creative, practical, or skill-based evaluation conducted through Skill91, including online assessments, project submissions, portfolio reviews, photography assessments, video assessments, written assignments, coding challenges, design evaluations, interviews, or any other evaluation activity introduced by Skill91.
4.4 “Academic Grant”
Academic Grant means educational financial assistance, scholarship, recognition, or merit-based educational support that may be offered by Skill91 subject to eligibility criteria, assessment performance, verification requirements, availability of funds, applicable policies, and administrative approval. Academic Grants are educational benefits and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed payments, prize money, lottery winnings, gambling rewards, or investment returns.
4.5 “Content”
Content includes photographs, videos, audio recordings, documents, presentations, portfolios, assignments, written responses, designs, software code, comments, messages, feedback, profile information, and all other materials uploaded, submitted, transmitted, or otherwise provided by users through Skill91.
5. Eligibility
By using Skill91, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Where users have not attained the age required to independently enter into legally binding agreements, access to certain services may require the consent, supervision, or authorization of a parent, legal guardian, educational institution, or other legally authorized representative where required by applicable law.
Skill91 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who fails to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, provides false information, violates platform policies, or engages in activities that may compromise the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the platform.
6. User Registration
Certain Skill91 services require users to create an account before participating in assessments, accessing educational resources, submitting content, applying for academic grants, obtaining certificates, or using other platform features.
During registration, users agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains updated throughout their use of the Skill91 platform.
Skill91 reserves the right to verify user information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, certificate verification, academic grant administration, payment processing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
7. User Account Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, login information, passwords, verification codes, registered email addresses, and other authentication information associated with their Skill91 account.
Users shall not share their account with any other individual, create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or otherwise misuse the Skill91 platform. Users remain responsible for all activities conducted through their registered account unless unauthorized use has been reported to Skill91 without unreasonable delay.
If a user becomes aware of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, account compromise, fraudulent activity, or misuse relating to their Skill91 account, the user should promptly notify Skill91 through the official support channels so that appropriate security measures may be implemented.
8. Platform Services
Skill91 is a technology-enabled skill-based educational assessment platform that provides users with opportunities to participate in educational assessments, submit academic or creative work for evaluation, access learning resources, attend educational sessions, obtain digital certificates, qualify for merit-based academic grants where applicable, and utilize various educational services made available through the platform.
Skill91 acts as a facilitator of educational assessment services and related digital experiences. The availability of specific services may vary depending upon assessment requirements, eligibility criteria, technical limitations, operational requirements, applicable policies, and other factors determined by Skill91 from time to time.
Skill91 reserves the right to introduce new services, modify existing services, temporarily suspend certain features, discontinue specific programs, or enhance platform functionality without prior notice where such changes are reasonably necessary for operational improvement, legal compliance, platform security, educational development, or technical maintenance.
9. Educational Assessments
Educational assessments conducted through Skill91 are intended to evaluate knowledge, creativity, technical skills, practical abilities, communication skills, academic performance, professional competence, or other assessment objectives defined for a particular assessment program.
Assessment formats may include, but are not limited to, written responses, multiple-choice questions, descriptive submissions, project work, case studies, photographs, videos, audio recordings, presentations, software code, portfolios, research papers, design work, practical demonstrations, interviews, or any other submission format determined by Skill91.
Each assessment shall be governed by its individual eligibility requirements, submission deadlines, evaluation methodology, assessment criteria, participation instructions, technical specifications, and other applicable rules published for that assessment.
10. Assessment Participation
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing all assessment instructions before participating. Submission of an assessment constitutes confirmation that the participant has understood and accepted the applicable assessment requirements, eligibility conditions, technical specifications, deadlines, and evaluation process.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all required documents, photographs, videos, files, or other assessment materials are uploaded correctly before the applicable submission deadline. Skill91 shall not be responsible for incomplete submissions, unsupported file formats, corrupted files, internet connectivity issues, user device failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to reject, invalidate, or disqualify any assessment submission that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, plagiarized, technically corrupted, submitted after the applicable deadline, inconsistent with assessment requirements, or otherwise found to violate these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable platform policy.
11. Assessment Evaluation
Assessment submissions shall be evaluated using the evaluation methodology established for the relevant assessment. Evaluation may consider factors including originality, creativity, technical quality, accuracy, presentation, innovation, communication, problem-solving ability, educational objectives, and other assessment-specific criteria.
Skill91 may engage qualified evaluators, reviewers, moderators, subject matter experts, educational professionals, automated review tools where appropriate, or other authorized personnel to assist in the evaluation process.
Evaluation timelines may vary depending upon the assessment category, number of participants, complexity of submissions, quality review requirements, technical verification procedures, moderation processes, dispute resolution activities, or operational considerations.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific assessment policy, evaluation decisions, merit scores, rankings, moderation outcomes, and assessment results determined in accordance with applicable platform procedures shall be considered final.
12. Skill91 Rights Regarding Assessments
To maintain the integrity, fairness, transparency, security, and educational objectives of the platform, Skill91 reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to postpone, modify, cancel, suspend, combine, separate, re-evaluate, or discontinue any assessment where required due to technical issues, suspected fraud, security concerns, insufficient participation, operational requirements, legal obligations, force majeure events, policy violations, or other circumstances that may materially affect the proper administration of the assessment.
Where reasonably necessary, Skill91 may also request additional information, supporting documents, clarification, or identity verification from participants before completing evaluation, issuing certificates, determining rankings, approving academic grants, or processing any related benefit.
13. Assessment Fees
Certain educational assessments, programs, learning activities, or platform services offered through Skill91 may require the payment of an assessment fee or participation fee before access is granted. The applicable fee, payment method, eligibility requirements, submission deadline, and related conditions shall be communicated prior to completion of registration for the respective assessment.
The assessment fee represents a service fee charged for educational assessment administration, digital platform access, technical infrastructure, evaluator engagement, operational management, certificate processing where applicable, customer support, fraud prevention measures, platform maintenance, and other services necessary for conducting educational assessments. Payment of an assessment fee does not constitute the purchase of any prize, lottery ticket, betting opportunity, investment product, financial instrument, or game of chance.
Payment of an assessment fee does not guarantee qualification, selection, ranking, certification, academic grant eligibility, assessment score, employment opportunity, scholarship, admission, or any specific educational or financial outcome. Participation is subject to the applicable assessment criteria, evaluation standards, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and platform policies.
14. Payments
Payments made through Skill91 shall be processed using authorized payment service providers selected by Skill91. Users agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the processing of applicable fees in accordance with the selected payment method and the terms governing the relevant payment service provider.
Skill91 is not responsible for payment failures resulting from banking errors, insufficient account balances, internet connectivity issues, payment gateway interruptions, incorrect payment information provided by users, transaction timeouts, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.
Users are responsible for verifying payment details before confirming any transaction. Any applicable taxes, statutory charges, convenience fees, or transaction charges imposed by payment service providers or financial institutions shall remain the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Skill91 Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are encouraged to review the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any payment through the Skill91 platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise under the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law, assessment fees paid for educational services are generally non-refundable after successful registration because administrative resources, platform infrastructure, evaluator allocation, technical services, and assessment preparation activities may commence immediately following registration.
Where a refund is approved in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, the refund shall ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by Skill91, subject to operational, banking, regulatory, and payment processing requirements.
16. Academic Grants
Skill91 may, at its sole discretion, offer merit-based Academic Grants, educational assistance, scholarships, learning support, recognition benefits, or similar educational incentives for eligible participants participating in designated educational assessments or programs.
Academic Grants are educational benefits intended to encourage learning, talent development, academic excellence, and skill recognition. Academic Grants shall not be interpreted as prize money, lottery winnings, betting proceeds, gambling rewards, investment returns, guaranteed income, salary, employment compensation, or financial investment products.
Eligibility for an Academic Grant shall depend upon multiple factors including assessment performance, merit ranking, originality of work, compliance with assessment rules, identity verification, eligibility criteria, document verification, available funding, applicable policies, and other administrative requirements determined by Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, increase, reduce, postpone, reject, or cancel any Academic Grant program where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, fraud prevention, policy violations, insufficient verification, legal obligations, funding limitations, administrative considerations, or other circumstances affecting the proper administration of the program.
17. No Gambling, Betting or Games of Chance
Skill91 is an educational technology platform dedicated to skill development, educational assessments, academic participation, talent recognition, merit-based evaluation, learning opportunities, certificates, and educational assistance programs. Skill91 does not organize, operate, facilitate, promote, or provide gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, games of chance, speculative financial schemes, investment programs, or any activity where outcomes are determined predominantly by random chance.
Assessment outcomes are determined through the applicable educational evaluation process, assessment criteria, and platform rules established for each assessment. Participation fees are charged solely for educational assessment services and associated platform operations and shall not be construed as consideration for gambling, betting, lottery participation, or prize competitions based upon random selection.
18. Merit Ranking
Skill91 may publish merit rankings for eligible assessments conducted through the platform. Merit rankings are intended solely to reflect assessment performance based upon the applicable evaluation methodology established for the respective assessment. Rankings are prepared for educational recognition purposes and shall not be interpreted as guarantees of future academic success, employment opportunities, admissions, financial benefits, or any other outcome.
Merit rankings may be determined after considering various evaluation parameters including originality, technical quality, creativity, presentation, communication skills, practical knowledge, assessment objectives, compliance with submission requirements, evaluator observations, moderation results, and other criteria applicable to the relevant assessment.
Skill91 reserves the right to review, revise, correct, suspend, or withdraw any published ranking where reasonably necessary due to technical errors, administrative corrections, moderation outcomes, identity verification, policy violations, fraudulent activities, plagiarism, duplicate submissions, or any other circumstance affecting the integrity of the evaluation process.
19. Certificates
Eligible participants may receive digital certificates, participation certificates, achievement certificates, merit certificates, appreciation certificates, or other educational recognitions as determined by Skill91 for the applicable assessment or educational activity.
Issuance of any certificate shall remain subject to successful completion of the applicable assessment, compliance with all eligibility requirements, identity verification where applicable, adherence to platform policies, and completion of administrative processes established by Skill91.
Certificates issued by Skill91 represent educational participation or achievement within the Skill91 platform only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such certificates should not be interpreted as professional licenses, government-recognized qualifications, employment guarantees, academic degrees, statutory certifications, or regulatory approvals.
Skill91 reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, modify, or refuse issuance of any certificate where fraud, misrepresentation, plagiarism, identity mismatch, policy violations, technical errors, or other circumstances affecting certificate validity are identified.
20. User Content and Submissions
Users remain responsible for all photographs, videos, audio recordings, written materials, documents, presentations, portfolios, designs, software code, comments, messages, and all other content submitted, uploaded, published, transmitted, or otherwise provided through the Skill91 platform.
By submitting content through Skill91, users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, authorizations, or ownership interests required to upload and use such content for assessment and educational purposes. Users further represent that their submissions do not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
Users shall ensure that all submitted content is accurate, lawful, original where required, and appropriate for the educational purpose for which it is submitted. Submission of misleading, fraudulent, plagiarized, manipulated, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content is strictly prohibited.
21. License Granted to Skill91
For the limited purpose of operating the Skill91 platform, conducting assessments, evaluating submissions, verifying results, issuing certificates, administering academic grants, resolving disputes, maintaining educational records, promoting completed assessments where appropriate, improving platform services, and complying with applicable legal obligations, users grant Skill91 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable (where legally applicable), and limited license to access, store, reproduce, process, display, review, and use submitted content solely in connection with the operation of Skill91 services.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms & Conditions or required by applicable law, Skill91 does not claim ownership of user-generated content solely because it has been uploaded to the platform.
22. Content Moderation
Skill91 reserves the right, without prior notice where reasonably necessary, to review, restrict, reject, remove, suspend, disable access to, or permanently delete any user content that violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, platform policies, community standards, intellectual property rights, or the legitimate interests of Skill91 or its users.
Content moderation decisions may consider legal requirements, educational objectives, technical limitations, user safety, assessment integrity, copyright compliance, platform security, and other operational considerations.
23. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Skill91 platform, including its name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface, graphics, software, databases, educational materials, text, documents, source code, platform architecture, branding elements, assessment structures, certificates, and other proprietary materials are the exclusive property of Skill91 or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by Skill91 in writing, no user may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Skill91 platform for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
24. Copyright Compliance
Users shall upload only content that they own or have the necessary legal rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations to use. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
Where Skill91 receives a valid complaint alleging copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected material, Skill91 reserves the right to investigate the matter and remove, restrict, disable, or permanently delete the relevant content where appropriate.
25. AI-Generated Content
Where permitted for a specific assessment, users may utilize artificial intelligence tools only to the extent expressly allowed under the applicable assessment guidelines. Unless specifically permitted, users shall not submit AI-generated work as their own original work where originality forms part of the assessment criteria.
Skill91 reserves the right to review, investigate, manually evaluate, or use reasonable technical measures to identify suspected AI-generated submissions where necessary for maintaining assessment integrity. Users may be requested to provide clarification, supporting documentation, source files, working drafts, or additional evidence demonstrating originality where reasonably required.
26. Fair Play and Academic Integrity
Skill91 is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, merit-based, and education-focused assessment environment. Every participant is expected to act honestly, ethically, and responsibly throughout the assessment process.
Users shall not engage in plagiarism, impersonation, unauthorized collaboration, identity misrepresentation, fabricated submissions, manipulation of assessment outcomes, bribery, collusion, cheating, or any activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage over other participants.
Where violations are identified, Skill91 may take appropriate action including rejection of submissions, score cancellation, certificate revocation, Academic Grant disqualification, account suspension, permanent account termination, restriction of future participation, or other actions reasonably necessary to maintain assessment integrity.
27. Prohibited Activities
Users agree that they shall not use the Skill91 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Without limitation, the following activities are strictly prohibited.
- Creating fake or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Submitting false, misleading, fabricated, manipulated, or stolen information.
- Uploading plagiarized, copyrighted, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or malicious content.
- Attempting to interfere with platform security, databases, servers, APIs, or technical infrastructure.
- Introducing viruses, malware, automated bots, scripts, or other harmful software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, assessments, certificates, or administrative systems.
- Misusing certificates, rankings, Academic Grants, or educational records.
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, evaluators, employees, or representatives of Skill91.
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or government requirements.
28. Fraud Prevention
Skill91 reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears suspicious, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. Where reasonably necessary, Skill91 may temporarily suspend assessments, withhold certificates, delay Academic Grant processing, request identity verification, restrict account functionality, cancel transactions, or permanently terminate user accounts pending completion of the investigation.
Users acknowledge that Skill91 may use reasonable manual and automated monitoring systems to detect fraudulent behavior, duplicate participation, suspicious payment activity, unusual account behavior, technical abuse, policy violations, or other activities that may compromise platform integrity.
29. Identity Verification (KYC)
For certain platform services, including but not limited to Academic Grants, certificate verification, wallet withdrawals, fraud prevention, account recovery, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, or other security-related purposes, Skill91 may require users to complete identity verification (“KYC”).
Identity verification may require users to submit government-issued identification documents, photographs, selfies, signatures, educational documents, proof of address, bank account verification, or other supporting information reasonably necessary to verify identity and maintain the integrity of the platform.
Failure to complete required verification within the prescribed time, submission of inaccurate information, forged documents, impersonation, or any attempt to mislead the verification process may result in temporary suspension, cancellation of participation, withholding of certificates, rejection of Academic Grants, restriction of wallet services, or permanent termination of the user account.
30. Wallet Services
Where available, Skill91 may provide a digital wallet for eligible users to facilitate certain platform-related transactions. Wallet balances may only be used in accordance with the applicable Wallet Policy, platform rules, and operational requirements established by Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, adjust, reverse, freeze, or terminate wallet services where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, duplicate payments, chargebacks, policy violations, technical errors, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances affecting platform security.
Wallet balances do not constitute bank deposits, investment products, stored value instruments, interest-bearing accounts, or financial securities unless expressly stated otherwise.
31. Suspension and Termination
Skill91 reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate any user account, assessment participation, wallet service, certificate issuance, Academic Grant processing, or other platform service where a user violates these Terms & Conditions, platform policies, applicable law, or engages in conduct that may compromise the security, integrity, reputation, or lawful operation of Skill91.
Grounds for suspension or termination may include, without limitation, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, plagiarism, abusive conduct, payment fraud, copyright infringement, repeated policy violations, misuse of certificates, manipulation of assessment outcomes, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity that creates material risk to Skill91 or its users.
Where reasonably practicable, Skill91 may notify affected users regarding suspension or termination; however, immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect platform security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or safeguard users.
32. Third-Party Services
Skill91 may integrate or utilize third-party service providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, communication services, analytics, educational content, identity verification, security monitoring, customer support, video hosting, document management, or other operational purposes.
Such third-party services operate independently and may be governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and operational standards. Skill91 does not control the content, policies, availability, or operational practices of independent third-party platforms beyond the scope of services directly provided by Skill91.
Users are encouraged to review the applicable legal documents of any third-party service before using such services.
33. Platform Availability
Skill91 endeavors to maintain reliable platform availability; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Platform services may occasionally become unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical failures, security incidents, internet connectivity issues, infrastructure upgrades, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.
Skill91 reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or modify access to any part of the platform where reasonably necessary to perform maintenance, improve services, address technical issues, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or enhance user experience.
Users acknowledge that temporary interruptions, maintenance activities, or technical delays shall not automatically entitle users to refunds, compensation, damages, or any other financial remedy unless expressly required by applicable law or the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
Skill91 makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable, secure, and professionally managed educational assessment platform. However, all services, assessments, educational resources, certificates, Academic Grants, digital content, communication services, wallet services, and other platform features are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Skill91 does not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption, delay, technical errors, security incidents, viruses, compatibility issues, data loss, or temporary unavailability. Users acknowledge that internet-based services may occasionally experience circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.

35. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skill91, its directors, employees, evaluators, advisors, consultants, partners, licensors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from or relating to the use of the Skill91 platform.
This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of educational opportunities, business interruption, data loss, reputation damage, device failures, technical interruptions, payment delays, assessment delays, certificate delays, internet failures, unauthorized account access, or any other indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use Skill91 services.

36. User Indemnification
