3. Nature of Platform, Services & Payments

Skill91.fun is a skill-based digital participation and evaluation platform.

3.1 Nature of Fees

All payments made on the Platform are collected strictly as:

  • Platform access fees

  • Skill evaluation fees

  • Digital infrastructure and administrative service charges

Payments do not represent:

  • An investment opportunity

  • A deposit or savings instrument

  • A promise of income, profit, or financial return

  • A purchase of guaranteed rewards or incentives

3.2 No-Guarantee & No-Earnings Disclaimer

Participation on the Platform does not guarantee:

  • Selection or ranking

  • Incentives or rewards

  • Any form of income or monetary benefit

All outcomes depend solely on user skill, performance quality, and evaluation criteria.


4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation (Restricted)

User-initiated cancellation requests may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances, where:

  • A payment has been successfully completed; and

  • Participation access has not been granted due to a verified technical error attributable to the Platform

Such requests are subject to internal verification and are not automatic.


4.2 Non-Cancellable Situations

  • Skill evaluation begins

  • Platform infrastructure or services are utilized

This restriction exists because platform resources, evaluator time, and technical services are allocated immediately upon participation.


4.3 Platform-Initiated Cancellation

Skill91.fun reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any activity or service in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Technical or system failures

  • Insufficient participation

  • Suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations

  • Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements

  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters or government actions)

Any refund eligibility arising from such cancellations shall be governed strictly by this Policy.


5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Rule: Non-Refundable Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once:

  • Participation access is granted

  • A submission is made

  • Skill evaluation has commenced

  • Platform services are utilized

This rule applies regardless of performance, ranking, or outcome.


5.2 Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Skill91.fun in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error

  • Payment debited but participation access not granted due to platform failure

  • Platform-initiated cancellation before participation begins

Approved refunds:

  • Are processed only to the original payment method

  • Follow standard banking and payment gateway processing timelines


5.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios (Explicit)

Refunds shall not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with evaluation results or rankings

  • Failure to qualify, win, or receive incentives

  • Change of mind after participation

  • Disqualification due to policy or fair-play violations

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

  • Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers


6. Unified Refund & Cancellation Request Procedure

Where a cancellation or refund request is permitted, users must strictly follow the procedure below:

  1. Submit a request via email to support@skill91.fun from the registered email ID

  2. Include:

    • Registered email address

    • Transaction ID / payment reference number

    • Clear reason for the request

  3. Requests are reviewed within 48 working hours

  4. If approved, applicable refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  5. Actual credit timelines depend on the user’s bank or payment provider

Failure to follow this procedure may result in delay or rejection of the request.


7. Incentives, Wallets & Refund Clarification
  • Incentives are performance-based, discretionary, and not guaranteed

  • Incentives are not linked to participation fees

  • Non-receipt of incentives does not qualify for refunds

  • Wallet balances or incentive credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Cancellation does not create any entitlement to compensation or damages


8. Chargebacks, Disputes & Abuse Prevention

Users are encouraged to contact Skill91.fun support prior to initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized, false, or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Forfeiture of wallet balances or incentives

  • Legal or recovery action, where applicable

Skill91.fun reserves the right to contest chargebacks using transaction records, platform logs, and evaluation data.


9. Platform Rights, Enforcement & Discretion

All cancellation and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Skill91.fun, subject to applicable laws.

The Platform reserves the right to:
