1. Introduction
Welcome to Skill91 (“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Ranking Policy explains the principles, methodologies, administrative procedures, verification standards, publication practices, and operational framework governing the preparation, publication, maintenance, and administration of rankings generated through the Skill91 platform. The objective of this Policy is to establish a transparent, merit-based, fair, and professionally administered ranking framework that recognizes educational performance while protecting the integrity and credibility of the Skill91 educational ecosystem.
Skill91 conducts educational assessments designed to evaluate participants on the basis of demonstrated knowledge, originality, creativity, technical competence, analytical thinking, communication ability, practical application of skills, ethical participation, and compliance with published assessment requirements. Rankings published by Skill91 represent an organized educational comparison of participant performance within a specific assessment or category and are intended solely for educational recognition, participant feedback, merit identification, and administration of related educational programs.
The publication of rankings is intended to improve transparency, encourage continuous learning, motivate healthy educational competition, and recognize participants who demonstrate exceptional educational performance. Rankings are not intended to measure a participant’s overall intelligence, long-term academic capability, professional competence, employability, personal worth, or future success beyond the specific educational assessment for which the ranking has been prepared.
This Ranking Policy forms an integral part of the Skill91 Legal Center and should always be read together with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, Disclaimer, and every other applicable legal document published by Skill91. Additional ranking instructions published for a particular assessment shall also apply together with this Policy.
By creating a Skill91 account, registering for an assessment, participating in educational activities, submitting assessment materials, viewing published rankings, accepting educational recognition, or otherwise using Skill91 services, every participant acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Ranking Policy.
2. Purpose of the Ranking System
The Skill91 Ranking System has been developed to provide participants with a transparent educational performance framework that recognizes merit through objective evaluation procedures. The primary purpose of the ranking system is to identify educational excellence, encourage responsible participation, promote independent learning, recognize originality, motivate continuous improvement, and maintain fairness across all eligible participants.
Rankings are prepared using the official assessment and evaluation process conducted by Skill91 and are intended to assist participants in understanding their relative educational performance within the context of a particular assessment. Rankings may also support educational recognition, certificate issuance, Academic Grant administration, institutional reporting, participant feedback, leaderboard preparation, and other legitimate educational objectives established by Skill91.
The Skill91 Ranking System is not intended to function as a lottery, gambling activity, betting system, investment program, promotional contest, financial competition, employment selection process, university admission examination, or any legally recognized professional qualification system. Rankings represent educational outcomes generated solely through the applicable assessment process conducted by Skill91.
Skill91 may introduce additional ranking categories, educational indicators, recognition systems, or reporting methodologies in the future where such improvements support educational quality, transparency, participant development, or operational efficiency.
3. Scope of this Policy
This Ranking Policy applies to every educational assessment, competition, learning activity, practical evaluation, project assessment, portfolio review, skill challenge, institutional assessment, certificate program, Academic Grant program, leaderboard, merit list, and every other educational activity conducted through the Skill91 platform where participant rankings are generated, displayed, published, or otherwise administered.
This Policy applies equally to participants, evaluators, moderators, reviewers, Academic Grant applicants, certificate recipients, educational partners, institutional representatives, customer support personnel, administrators, and every other authorized person involved in the preparation, verification, publication, review, or administration of Skill91 rankings.
The provisions contained within this Policy continue to apply before, during, and after completion of an assessment, including assessment registration, evaluation, moderation, ranking preparation, publication of results, certificate issuance, Academic Grant administration, administrative review, appeals, fraud investigations, and post-publication corrections wherever reasonably necessary to preserve educational integrity.
4. Ranking Philosophy
Skill91 believes that educational recognition should always be based upon demonstrated merit, genuine effort, originality, ethical participation, and objective evaluation rather than financial contribution, popularity, personal relationships, institutional influence, or any other non-academic consideration. The Ranking System has therefore been designed to recognize educational performance through structured evaluation procedures that promote fairness, transparency, consistency, accountability, and equal opportunity for every eligible participant.
Every ranking published by Skill91 reflects the educational outcome of the applicable assessment based upon the published evaluation criteria, moderation procedures, verification standards, quality assurance processes, and administrative review applicable to that assessment. Rankings are intended to provide educational recognition only within the context of the relevant assessment and should not be interpreted as permanent indicators of a participant’s academic ability, future educational achievement, professional competence, employment prospects, or overall intellectual capability.
Skill91 recognizes that educational assessments vary significantly in terms of subject matter, participant categories, assessment objectives, evaluation methodologies, and educational outcomes. Accordingly, ranking methodologies may reasonably differ between assessments provided that the underlying principles of fairness, merit-based evaluation, consistency, transparency, and educational integrity continue to be maintained.
The Skill91 Ranking System is continuously reviewed and improved to reflect evolving educational practices, technological developments, participant feedback, operational experience, and quality assurance initiatives. Such improvements are intended to strengthen the credibility and usefulness of rankings while preserving equal opportunity for every eligible participant.
5. Eligibility for Ranking
Only participants who have successfully completed all mandatory requirements of the applicable Skill91 assessment shall become eligible for consideration within the official Skill91 Ranking System. Eligibility for ranking is determined only after successful completion of assessment registration, payment verification where applicable, assessment submission, evaluation, moderation, verification procedures, and compliance with every applicable Skill91 policy.
A participant who registers for an assessment but fails to complete the assessment, submits incomplete work, violates submission requirements, fails identity verification, breaches the Fair Play Policy, submits fraudulent information, creates duplicate accounts, or otherwise becomes ineligible under applicable Skill91 policies may be excluded from ranking consideration without prior notice.
Eligibility for ranking shall always remain subject to successful completion of every applicable educational, administrative, technical, verification, and compliance requirement established by Skill91 for the relevant assessment.
6. Ranking Categories
Depending upon the educational objectives of a particular assessment, Skill91 may prepare one or more ranking categories for the purpose of recognizing participant performance. Different ranking categories allow participants to compare educational performance within appropriate groups while maintaining fairness and relevance across varying assessment structures.
Ranking categories may include, without limitation, Overall Merit Ranking, Category Ranking, State Ranking, City Ranking, Institution Ranking, School Ranking, College Ranking, University Ranking, Organization Ranking, Subject Ranking, Skill Category Ranking, Batch Ranking, Regional Ranking, National Ranking, Special Recognition Lists, Excellence Lists, Leaderboards, or any other educational ranking format introduced by Skill91 in the future.
The availability of any particular ranking category depends entirely upon the design, objectives, participant structure, and administrative requirements of the relevant assessment. Skill91 does not guarantee that every assessment will include every ranking category described within this Policy.
7. Independent Merit Lists
Skill91 may prepare separate merit lists for different educational programs, participant categories, educational institutions, geographical regions, language groups, age groups, assessment formats, or other educational classifications where such separation reasonably supports fairness, educational comparison, or operational efficiency.
Independent merit lists are prepared solely for educational administration and should not be interpreted as reducing or increasing the educational value of any participant’s performance. Each merit list shall be evaluated independently according to the assessment objectives applicable to that specific participant group.
Participants appearing within one merit list shall not automatically become eligible for inclusion within another merit list unless the applicable assessment expressly provides for such inclusion.
8. Ranking Criteria
Every Skill91 ranking is prepared primarily on the basis of educational performance demonstrated during the applicable assessment. Ranking criteria may include educational knowledge, originality, creativity, innovation, practical understanding, communication ability, analytical thinking, technical accuracy, presentation quality, compliance with assessment instructions, ethical participation, and any additional evaluation factors published for the relevant assessment.
Ranking criteria may reasonably differ between assessments because educational objectives, assessment methodologies, subject matter, participant categories, and learning outcomes are not identical across every educational program. Accordingly, Skill91 reserves the right to establish assessment-specific ranking criteria that best support the educational purpose of each assessment.
No participant shall receive a higher ranking solely because of financial contribution, promotional participation, referral activity, popularity, institutional affiliation, social media influence, or any other factor unrelated to educational merit unless such criteria have been expressly published as part of the relevant educational program.
9. Qualification for Official Ranking
Only those participants who satisfy every mandatory requirement established for the relevant assessment shall qualify for inclusion within the official Skill91 ranking. Qualification requires successful completion of every applicable stage of the assessment process together with continued compliance with platform policies before publication of final rankings.
Qualification for ranking does not automatically guarantee publication of participant information where confidentiality requirements, privacy protections, legal restrictions, participant preferences, age-related protections, or other administrative considerations reasonably require limited disclosure.
Participants acknowledge that qualification for ranking represents educational recognition only within the context of the relevant Skill91 assessment and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing certificates, Academic Grants, scholarships, employment opportunities, admissions, financial assistance, or any other future educational or commercial benefit unless separately approved under the applicable Skill91 policies.
10. Ranking Methodology
Skill91 prepares official rankings using a structured educational methodology designed to ensure fairness, consistency, transparency, and objective comparison among eligible participants. The ranking methodology is based upon the official assessment and evaluation framework applicable to the relevant educational program and may incorporate multiple stages of educational review before any ranking is finalized.
The methodology applied for ranking may vary depending upon the objectives of the assessment, subject matter, educational level, practical requirements, participant category, assessment format, evaluation complexity, and operational considerations. While different assessments may adopt different ranking methodologies, every methodology is intended to preserve equal opportunity, educational integrity, and merit-based recognition.
Skill91 reserves the right to improve, refine, or update ranking methodologies where reasonably necessary to enhance educational quality, fairness, consistency, participant confidence, technological efficiency, or compliance with evolving educational standards.
11. Performance Evaluation Standards
Participant performance shall be assessed using the official evaluation criteria established for the relevant assessment. Educational performance may be measured by considering originality, conceptual understanding, analytical ability, practical application of knowledge, communication effectiveness, creativity, innovation, technical accuracy, completeness, ethical participation, compliance with assessment instructions, presentation quality, research capability, problem-solving ability, and any other educational indicators reasonably relevant to the objectives of the assessment.
No single educational factor is necessarily decisive across every assessment. Different assessments may assign different levels of importance to various evaluation criteria according to their educational purpose, learning outcomes, and practical requirements.
Skill91 may apply subject-specific or assessment-specific evaluation standards wherever necessary to ensure that participant performance is measured appropriately within the educational context of each assessment.
12. Merit Determination
Merit rankings are determined exclusively through the official evaluation process conducted by Skill91. Merit reflects the participant’s demonstrated educational performance within the relevant assessment and is not influenced by financial contributions, referral activity, popularity, institutional relationships, promotional participation, or any other non-academic consideration.
Educational merit may be determined after completion of assessment evaluation, moderation, originality verification, quality assurance review, Fair Play compliance review, KYC verification where applicable, and any additional administrative procedures reasonably necessary to preserve ranking integrity.
Where assessment-specific educational objectives require specialized evaluation methods, Skill91 may apply additional merit indicators provided such procedures remain fair, transparent, and consistent with the published assessment rules.
13. Score Standardization and Normalization
Where appropriate for maintaining fairness across different assessment versions, participant groups, evaluation panels, practical exercises, or assessment formats, Skill91 may apply reasonable score normalization, moderation adjustments, standardization procedures, or statistical quality assurance methods before preparation of final rankings.
Standardization procedures are intended solely to improve consistency and fairness among participants and shall not be interpreted as arbitrary alteration of educational outcomes. Any such procedures shall be implemented only where reasonably justified by educational, operational, or quality assurance requirements.
Participants acknowledge that score normalization, where applied, forms part of the official ranking methodology and is intended to support equal educational opportunity rather than disadvantage any individual participant.
14. Multiple Evaluator Review
Certain assessments may require review by more than one evaluator in order to improve educational reliability, reduce subjective variation, strengthen quality assurance, and promote confidence in ranking outcomes. Multiple evaluator review may be applied particularly where assessments involve creative work, practical demonstrations, research activities, communication skills, portfolios, innovation projects, or other educational activities requiring professional judgment.
Where multiple evaluators participate, Skill91 may implement moderation procedures, comparative review, consensus discussions, independent verification, or other quality assurance practices reasonably necessary to produce balanced educational outcomes.
The number of evaluators assigned to any assessment remains entirely within the administrative discretion of Skill91 and may vary according to operational requirements, participant volume, educational complexity, and available academic resources.
15. Quality Assurance and Ranking Consistency
Skill91 continually monitors the quality, consistency, reliability, and fairness of its ranking system through moderation, verification, evaluator guidance, administrative review, operational monitoring, technical validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. These procedures are intended to minimize inconsistency while preserving the educational objectives of each assessment.
Absolute uniformity cannot always be guaranteed where educational assessments involve creativity, innovation, design, communication, research, artistic expression, or other subjective educational elements. Nevertheless, Skill91 endeavors to ensure that comparable submissions are evaluated using reasonably consistent educational standards and that ranking outcomes reflect genuine educational performance.
Where quality assurance procedures identify material inconsistencies, administrative errors, technical discrepancies, or operational concerns capable of affecting ranking accuracy, Skill91 reserves the right to review, revise, moderate, or correct the affected ranking before or after publication where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness and educational integrity.
16. Tie-Breaking Rules
In certain assessments, two or more participants may achieve educational outcomes that are substantially similar after completion of the official evaluation process. Where such circumstances arise, Skill91 may apply additional educational criteria solely for the purpose of determining the final order of merit within the applicable ranking. The objective of the tie-breaking process is to preserve fairness, maintain consistency, and ensure meaningful differentiation between participants where reasonably possible.
Depending upon the educational objectives of the assessment, tie-breaking considerations may include originality of the submitted work, practical application of knowledge, analytical ability, creativity, innovation, technical accuracy, communication effectiveness, completeness of the submission, adherence to assessment instructions, moderation outcomes, or any other educational factor reasonably relevant to the assessment.
Where educational performance remains substantially identical even after application of additional evaluation criteria, Skill91 may assign the same rank to multiple participants or adopt another reasonable ranking methodology considered appropriate for that assessment. The applicable approach shall remain within the administrative discretion of Skill91 and shall be implemented consistently for similarly situated participants.
17. Ranking Verification Procedures
Before any official ranking is published, Skill91 may conduct comprehensive verification procedures to confirm the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the ranking data. Verification activities may include review of assessment records, evaluation reports, moderation outcomes, identity verification, originality review, Fair Play compliance, technical validation, administrative review, calculation verification, and any additional quality assurance procedures reasonably necessary to ensure accurate publication.
Verification procedures are intended to reduce administrative errors, improve participant confidence, prevent publication of inaccurate information, and protect the overall credibility of the Skill91 Ranking System.
Where verification identifies discrepancies, incomplete records, policy violations, technical issues, or unresolved administrative concerns, Skill91 may postpone publication of the affected ranking until the matter has been appropriately resolved.
18. Moderation of Ranking Results
Skill91 may conduct moderation procedures before finalizing rankings to improve consistency across evaluation outcomes and to ensure that educational standards have been applied fairly to all eligible participants. Moderation may involve comparative review, evaluator consultation, quality assurance review, verification of exceptional performance, examination of borderline cases, or additional administrative review where reasonably necessary.
Moderation is intended to strengthen educational fairness and should not be interpreted as arbitrary modification of participant performance. Any moderation activity shall be implemented solely for legitimate educational, administrative, or quality assurance purposes.
Where moderation identifies material inconsistencies capable of affecting participant rankings, Skill91 reserves the right to revise, adjust, or verify the relevant ranking before official publication.
19. Provisional Rankings
In certain assessments, Skill91 may publish provisional rankings before completion of every administrative, verification, moderation, or compliance procedure. Provisional rankings are intended solely to provide preliminary educational information and remain subject to further verification before becoming final.
Participants acknowledge that provisional rankings may change due to moderation outcomes, identity verification, Fair Play investigations, plagiarism review, correction of administrative errors, technical validation, withdrawal of ineligible participants, or any other legitimate administrative action reasonably necessary to preserve educational integrity.
No participant shall acquire any permanent right, entitlement, certificate, Academic Grant eligibility, educational recognition, or other benefit solely on the basis of a provisional ranking unless and until the final ranking has been officially confirmed by Skill91.
20. Final Rankings
A ranking shall be regarded as final only after completion of every applicable evaluation stage, moderation procedure, verification activity, quality assurance review, policy compliance assessment, and administrative approval required for the relevant assessment. Final rankings represent the official educational outcome published by Skill91 for that assessment.
Publication of a final ranking confirms only the participant’s relative educational performance within the relevant assessment. Final rankings do not guarantee certificates, Academic Grants, scholarships, admissions, employment opportunities, financial assistance, or any other future educational or commercial benefit unless separately approved in accordance with the applicable Skill91 policies.
Skill91 reserves the right to subsequently review or correct a final ranking where fraud, identity misuse, plagiarism, administrative error, technical error, policy violation, judicial direction, or other exceptional circumstances are identified after publication.
21. Administrative Corrections
Skill91 may correct clerical mistakes, technical inaccuracies, duplicate records, calculation errors, publication mistakes, participant identification errors, moderation discrepancies, or other genuine administrative inaccuracies that may reasonably affect published rankings. Such corrections are intended to preserve the accuracy, credibility, and integrity of the Skill91 Ranking System.
Where a correction materially affects the ranking of one or more participants, Skill91 may revise published rankings, update certificates, modify leaderboard positions, review Academic Grant eligibility, or implement any other reasonable administrative action necessary to ensure accurate educational records.
Correction of genuine administrative or technical errors shall not, by itself, constitute evidence of unfair evaluation or create any automatic entitlement to compensation, damages, additional educational recognition, or financial benefits except where expressly required by applicable law.
22. Publication of Official Rankings
Following successful completion of the applicable assessment, evaluation procedures, moderation activities, verification requirements, quality assurance reviews, and administrative approval, Skill91 may publish official participant rankings through the Skill91 website, participant dashboard, registered account, mobile application, email communication, or any other official communication channel designated by Skill91. Publication of rankings is intended to provide transparent educational recognition while maintaining fairness, participant confidence, and the credibility of the assessment process.
The timing of publication may vary depending upon assessment complexity, participant volume, verification activities, moderation requirements, technical processing, administrative review, legal obligations, or other operational circumstances. Skill91 shall make reasonable efforts to publish rankings within an appropriate period but does not guarantee publication on any fixed date unless expressly announced for the relevant assessment.
Only rankings published through official Skill91 communication channels shall be regarded as authentic and authoritative. Participants should not rely upon unofficial websites, screenshots, social media posts, third-party publications, or other unauthorized sources claiming to represent official Skill91 rankings.
23. Merit Lists
Skill91 may prepare and publish one or more official merit lists for educational purposes. Merit lists are intended to recognize participant performance based upon the applicable evaluation criteria and educational objectives established for the relevant assessment. Depending upon the nature of the assessment, Skill91 may publish complete merit lists, limited merit lists, top performer lists, category-wise merit lists, regional merit lists, institutional merit lists, or any other educational ranking format considered appropriate.
Publication of a participant’s name within a merit list represents educational recognition only for the relevant assessment. Inclusion within a merit list does not create any contractual entitlement to certificates, Academic Grants, scholarships, employment opportunities, admissions, financial assistance, commercial opportunities, or any other future benefit unless separately approved in accordance with the applicable Skill91 policies.
24. Leaderboards and Educational Recognition
Skill91 may maintain educational leaderboards to encourage continuous learning, healthy educational competition, participant motivation, and recognition of outstanding educational performance. Leaderboards may display participant rankings, educational achievements, badges, recognition levels, assessment performance, category rankings, or other educational indicators considered appropriate for the relevant educational program.
Leaderboards are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Leaderboard positions may change over time as new assessments are completed, verification activities are finalized, moderation procedures are completed, administrative corrections are implemented, or additional educational programs are conducted.
Skill91 reserves the right to determine the structure, content, duration, visibility, update frequency, eligibility requirements, and presentation format of every leaderboard published through the platform.
25. Category-wise and Special Rankings
Depending upon the objectives of an individual assessment, Skill91 may publish multiple ranking categories to provide meaningful educational comparison among participants. Such categories may include Overall Ranking, State Ranking, District Ranking, Institution Ranking, School Ranking, College Ranking, University Ranking, Subject Ranking, Skill Category Ranking, Age Category Ranking, Regional Ranking, Batch Ranking, Excellence Lists, Top Performer Lists, or any other educational classification introduced by Skill91.
Each ranking category shall be prepared independently according to the applicable assessment methodology and educational objectives. Performance in one category does not automatically determine ranking within another category unless expressly stated for the relevant assessment.
26. Rank Visibility and Participant Privacy
Skill91 recognizes the importance of balancing educational transparency with participant privacy. Accordingly, Skill91 may determine the extent to which participant information is displayed within published rankings, taking into consideration privacy obligations, applicable laws, participant safety, age-related protections, educational objectives, institutional requirements, and operational considerations.
Depending upon the relevant assessment, published rankings may display participant names, registration numbers, unique participant identifiers, institutions, states, achievement badges, educational categories, or other limited information considered reasonably appropriate by Skill91. Certain personal information may be withheld, masked, anonymized, or otherwise protected where necessary to preserve participant privacy or comply with applicable legal obligations.
27. Historical Rankings and Archived Records
Skill91 may retain historical ranking records for educational reference, certificate verification, Academic Grant administration, participant record management, quality assurance, dispute resolution, legal compliance, research, statistical reporting, fraud prevention, and other legitimate operational purposes. Historical rankings may remain accessible through participant accounts, official archives, or other authorized Skill91 systems where appropriate.
Archived ranking records remain subject to administrative correction, verification, legal compliance, privacy requirements, and other operational procedures established by Skill91. The availability of historical rankings may vary depending upon the applicable assessment, participant category, record retention requirements, or technological limitations.
28. Official Result Announcements
Official announcements relating to rankings, merit lists, leaderboards, result publication, ranking corrections, verification updates, Academic Grant eligibility, certificates, moderation outcomes, or other educational matters shall be communicated exclusively through official Skill91 communication channels. Participants are responsible for monitoring such channels to remain informed regarding important updates affecting their educational records.
Skill91 shall not be responsible for misunderstandings arising from reliance upon unofficial announcements, inaccurate third-party publications, unauthorized social media content, manipulated screenshots, or other information not officially issued by Skill91.
29. Revision of Rankings
Skill91 reserves the right to review and revise any published ranking where reasonable grounds exist to believe that the published ranking may have been affected by an administrative error, technical discrepancy, evaluation inconsistency, moderation outcome, verification finding, identity-related concern, policy violation, or any other circumstance capable of materially affecting ranking accuracy. The objective of any ranking revision is to preserve fairness, educational integrity, and public confidence in the Skill91 Ranking System.
Ranking revisions may occur before or after publication whenever additional verification, moderation, quality assurance review, judicial direction, regulatory compliance, fraud investigation, or administrative examination reasonably requires correction of educational records.
Where a ranking revision materially affects participant positions, Skill91 may also update merit lists, leaderboards, certificates, Academic Grant eligibility, educational recognition, or any other related educational record where reasonably necessary.
30. Withdrawal of Published Rankings
Skill91 may temporarily or permanently withdraw a published ranking where continued publication could reasonably result in inaccurate educational records, participant confusion, policy inconsistency, legal non-compliance, unresolved verification concerns, or compromise to the integrity of the assessment process.
Withdrawal of a ranking does not automatically indicate misconduct by any participant. A ranking may be withdrawn solely to permit additional verification, moderation, quality assurance review, correction of technical errors, or implementation of revised educational records before republication.
Where appropriate, Skill91 may publish an updated ranking after completion of the relevant review procedures without creating liability for any temporary withdrawal of previously published educational information.
31. Cancellation of Ranking
Skill91 reserves the right to cancel the ranking of any participant where it is reasonably determined that the published ranking was obtained through fraud, plagiarism, identity impersonation, duplicate participation, submission of false information, unauthorized collaboration, technical manipulation, policy violations, administrative error, judicial direction, or any other material irregularity affecting the fairness of the ranking process.
Cancellation of a ranking may occur before publication, after publication, before certificate issuance, after certificate issuance, before Academic Grant approval, or after Academic Grant approval where subsequent investigation establishes a lawful basis for corrective administrative action.
Cancellation of ranking may also require revision of merit lists, certificates, Academic Grant eligibility, leaderboard positions, educational records, and any associated educational recognition where appropriate.
32. Disqualification from Ranking
Participants may be disqualified from the official Skill91 Ranking System where they materially violate the Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Fair Play Policy, Terms & Conditions, KYC & Verification Policy, Academic Grant Policy, or any other applicable Skill91 legal document governing educational participation.

Disqualification from ranking may be temporary or permanent depending upon the seriousness of the policy violation, available evidence, participant cooperation, previous compliance history, legal obligations, and the overall impact upon the integrity of the Skill91 educational ecosystem.
33. Fraud Detection and Integrity Protection
Skill91 continuously monitors assessment activities and ranking records for indicators of fraudulent or dishonest conduct. Fraud prevention measures may include identity verification, originality review, duplicate account detection, technical analysis, moderation review, document verification, payment verification, device analysis, network review, administrative investigation, or any other reasonable procedure necessary to protect educational integrity.
The existence of fraud prevention procedures should not be interpreted as guaranteeing that every irregularity will always be detected immediately. Skill91 reserves the right to investigate historical assessments and published rankings whenever new evidence becomes available.
Where fraud is reasonably established, Skill91 may take appropriate administrative action including ranking cancellation, certificate withdrawal, Academic Grant review, account suspension, permanent platform restrictions, recovery of educational benefits where legally permissible, or any other lawful action reasonably necessary to protect the interests of Skill91 and genuine participants.
34. Duplicate Accounts and Ranking Abuse
Participants shall not create, operate, or control multiple Skill91 accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple rankings, improving ranking position, increasing opportunities for educational recognition, influencing leaderboards, obtaining additional Academic Grant eligibility, or otherwise securing an unfair educational advantage.
Skill91 may compare participant records, technical information, verification records, payment history, registered contact information, assessment participation records, device identifiers, and other operational data to identify duplicate participation or abuse of the ranking system.
Where duplicate accounts or coordinated ranking abuse are identified, Skill91 may merge participant records, remove duplicate rankings, cancel educational recognition, suspend associated accounts, or implement any other reasonable administrative measure necessary to preserve fairness and equal opportunity.
35. Administrative Enforcement
Skill91 reserves the right to implement reasonable administrative actions whenever ranking integrity, educational fairness, participant protection, legal compliance, or operational security requires corrective intervention. Administrative measures may include additional verification, temporary suspension, ranking review, moderation, certificate correction, Academic Grant reassessment, account restrictions, educational warnings, or other proportionate actions appropriate to the circumstances.
Every administrative decision shall be based upon available evidence, published Skill91 policies, verification findings, moderation records, legal obligations, and the objective of maintaining a fair, transparent, and credible educational ranking system.
36. Relationship Between Rankings and Certificates
Official rankings published by Skill91 and educational certificates issued through the platform serve different educational purposes and should not be interpreted as interchangeable forms of educational recognition. Rankings are intended to indicate a participant’s relative educational performance within a specific assessment, whereas certificates acknowledge successful participation, completion, achievement, or educational accomplishment in accordance with the applicable assessment requirements.
A participant may become eligible to receive a certificate without obtaining a top rank, and similarly, publication of a participant’s rank does not automatically create an entitlement to receive a certificate unless every applicable eligibility requirement has been satisfied. Certificate issuance remains subject to successful completion of evaluation procedures, identity verification where applicable, compliance with platform policies, and any additional administrative requirements established by Skill91.
Where certificates include ranking information, such information shall reflect the officially verified ranking published by Skill91 at the time of certificate generation. If a published ranking is subsequently revised due to administrative correction, moderation, fraud investigation, legal compliance, or any other lawful reason, Skill91 reserves the right to issue an updated certificate reflecting the corrected educational record.
37. Relationship Between Rankings and Academic Grants
Rankings may be considered as one of several educational factors during the administration of Academic Grant Programs. However, ranking alone does not determine Academic Grant eligibility unless the relevant assessment expressly provides otherwise. Academic Grant approval remains subject to independent eligibility requirements, verification procedures, policy compliance, administrative review, and funding availability as described in the applicable Academic Grant Policy.
Participants acknowledge that obtaining a high ranking does not automatically guarantee approval of an Academic Grant. Likewise, where educational objectives permit, Skill91 may approve Academic Grants using multiple educational considerations beyond ranking position alone, including originality, verification status, Fair Play compliance, administrative eligibility, and other published selection criteria.
38. Educational Recognition and Merit Acknowledgement
Skill91 may recognize exceptional educational achievement through rankings, certificates, digital acknowledgements, educational badges, excellence lists, featured participant recognition, Academic Grants, or other educational distinctions introduced from time to time. Such recognition is intended solely to encourage learning, reward genuine educational excellence, motivate continuous improvement, and acknowledge outstanding performance demonstrated during the relevant assessment.
Educational recognition granted through Skill91 should not be interpreted as a professional licence, government approval, university admission, employment guarantee, scholarship entitlement, commercial endorsement, financial investment opportunity, or any other legal or commercial status beyond the educational recognition expressly provided by Skill91.
39. Digital Badges and Achievement Indicators
Skill91 may award digital badges, achievement indicators, excellence labels, performance icons, recognition levels, participation distinctions, or similar educational acknowledgements to eligible participants based upon assessment performance, educational milestones, ranking achievements, learning progress, or other educational objectives determined by Skill91.
The design, appearance, eligibility requirements, duration, visibility, display format, and educational significance of digital badges remain entirely within the administrative discretion of Skill91. Badges are intended solely as educational recognition and do not independently create any legal entitlement, financial benefit, or professional qualification.
Skill91 reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any badge program where reasonably necessary due to operational improvements, educational policy changes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or administrative requirements.
40. Public Recognition and Participant Consent
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable privacy requirements, Skill91 may publicly recognize outstanding educational performance through official merit lists, leaderboards, recognition pages, educational announcements, newsletters, social media channels, institutional reports, or other official communication platforms. Such recognition is intended solely to celebrate educational achievement and promote participant motivation.
Public recognition shall be administered in accordance with the Skill91 Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Skill91 may reasonably limit, anonymize, abbreviate, or withhold participant information where privacy considerations, participant safety, age-related protections, regulatory obligations, or operational requirements make such action appropriate.
41. Validity of Published Rankings
Official Skill91 rankings remain valid only for the specific assessment, educational program, participant category, and assessment cycle for which they were originally prepared. Rankings should not be interpreted as permanent indicators of educational ability or future academic performance beyond the context of the relevant assessment.
Skill91 reserves the right to maintain archived ranking records, revise historical educational records where necessary, update participant recognition following administrative correction, and implement future improvements to ranking methodologies without affecting the educational integrity of previously completed assessments except where lawful correction is required.
Participants are encouraged to rely only upon the most recently published official ranking issued by Skill91. Historical rankings, archived records, or previously downloaded documents should not be treated as authoritative where subsequent administrative revisions have been officially published.
42. Request for Ranking Review
Skill91 recognizes that participants may occasionally believe that a published ranking has been affected by a genuine administrative error, technical discrepancy, verification issue, moderation inconsistency, or other exceptional circumstance. Subject to the applicable assessment rules and this Ranking Policy, eligible participants may submit a written request for administrative review through the official Skill91 communication channels within the period specified for the relevant assessment, where applicable.
Every review request should clearly identify the ranking being questioned, explain the factual basis of the concern, and include all relevant supporting information reasonably available to the participant. Review requests should be submitted honestly, respectfully, and in good faith. Repeated, abusive, speculative, unsupported, or misleading review requests may be declined without further administrative consideration.
Submission of a review request does not automatically suspend, withdraw, modify, or invalidate the published ranking. Unless and until Skill91 determines that revision is reasonably justified following completion of the review process, the published ranking shall continue to remain the official educational record.
43. Administrative Review Process
Where Skill91 accepts a ranking review request, the matter may undergo an administrative examination designed to verify the accuracy and integrity of the published educational record. Administrative review may include verification of assessment records, evaluation reports, moderation documentation, originality findings, identity verification records, Fair Play compliance, technical logs, calculation records, participant communications, and any other operational information reasonably relevant to the matter under review.
The scope and duration of an administrative review may vary depending upon the complexity of the assessment, the nature of the concern raised, the volume of supporting evidence, verification requirements, legal obligations, and operational considerations. Skill91 shall make reasonable efforts to complete reviews within an appropriate period while maintaining fairness and accuracy.
44. Participant Complaints Relating to Rankings
Participants may submit complaints relating to ranking administration, publication procedures, moderation activities, verification processes, technical issues, communication concerns, or other operational matters affecting the Skill91 Ranking System. Complaints should contain accurate information, sufficient factual detail, and any supporting evidence reasonably available to enable meaningful administrative review.
Submission of a complaint shall not automatically establish that an administrative error, policy violation, or ranking irregularity has occurred. Every complaint shall be assessed objectively according to the available evidence, applicable Skill91 policies, educational objectives, and administrative records.
Skill91 reserves the right to decline complaints that are malicious, repetitive, abusive, unsupported, intended to harass platform personnel, or otherwise inconsistent with the responsible use of official support channels.
45. Re-publication of Rankings
Where an administrative review, moderation procedure, fraud investigation, legal requirement, technical correction, or quality assurance process establishes that a published ranking requires correction, Skill91 may revise and republish the affected ranking. Updated rankings shall replace previous versions and thereafter constitute the official educational record for the relevant assessment.
Re-publication may include revision of participant positions, merit lists, leaderboards, certificates, educational recognitions, Academic Grant eligibility, digital badges, archived records, or any other related educational information reasonably affected by the correction.
Participants acknowledge that the most recently published official ranking shall prevail over all earlier versions unless otherwise expressly communicated by Skill91.
46. Resolution of Ranking Disputes
Skill91 endeavors to resolve ranking-related concerns fairly, transparently, and professionally through internal administrative procedures before any further dispute resolution mechanisms become necessary. Participants are encouraged to cooperate fully throughout the review process by providing accurate information, responding to reasonable requests for clarification, and maintaining respectful communication with Skill91 representatives.
Educational judgment exercised in good faith by qualified evaluators, moderators, or authorized administrative personnel shall ordinarily not be reconsidered merely because a participant disagrees with the outcome or expected a different educational result. Dispute resolution is intended primarily to identify material factual, procedural, technical, or administrative errors rather than to reassess academic judgment in the absence of compelling evidence.
47. Final Administrative Decision
Upon completion of the applicable review procedures, Skill91 shall communicate its final administrative decision through the appropriate official communication channels where necessary. Every final decision shall be based upon the available evidence, applicable platform policies, moderation records, verification findings, educational objectives, legal obligations, and the overall integrity of the Skill91 Ranking System.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Skill91, administrative decisions reached after completion of the applicable review process shall ordinarily be regarded as final for the relevant assessment cycle. Nevertheless, Skill91 reserves the right to reopen or reconsider any matter where significant new evidence, fraud, identity concerns, judicial directions, administrative error, or other exceptional circumstances subsequently become known.
48. Rights Reserved by Skill91
Skill91 reserves the exclusive right to administer, supervise, interpret, modify, verify, publish, revise, suspend, withdraw, or otherwise manage every ranking generated through its educational platform in a manner reasonably consistent with its educational objectives, operational requirements, participant protection measures, quality assurance standards, legal obligations, and long-term institutional interests. Such administrative authority enables Skill91 to maintain a fair, transparent, secure, and merit-based educational ranking framework across all assessments conducted through the platform.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Skill91 may establish, revise, replace, expand, merge, discontinue, or improve ranking methodologies, educational indicators, leaderboard structures, merit list formats, verification procedures, publication standards, technical requirements, moderation practices, participant categories, ranking classifications, visibility settings, and other operational procedures whenever reasonably necessary to improve educational quality, technological efficiency, participant experience, platform security, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable laws.
The exercise of these rights shall not be interpreted as creating any obligation upon Skill91 to continue a particular ranking methodology, leaderboard structure, educational category, recognition program, or publication practice indefinitely.
49. Confidentiality of Ranking Records
Skill91 maintains a wide range of confidential educational and administrative records in connection with the preparation and publication of participant rankings. Such confidential records may include evaluation reports, moderation observations, reviewer comments, administrative notes, originality verification records, technical validation reports, fraud investigation documents, quality assurance records, calculation worksheets, internal communications, compliance documentation, and other operational information reasonably necessary for administration of the Skill91 Ranking System.
Access to confidential ranking records shall ordinarily be restricted to authorized employees, evaluators, moderators, reviewers, compliance personnel, customer support representatives, legal advisors, technology service providers, auditors, and other authorized persons who require such access solely for legitimate educational, operational, legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, or regulatory purposes.
Except where disclosure is expressly authorized by Skill91 or required by applicable law, confidential ranking records shall not ordinarily be disclosed to participants, educational institutions, employers, commercial organizations, or unrelated third parties.
50. Retention of Ranking Records
Skill91 may retain ranking records, merit lists, evaluation data, moderation reports, participant information, certificates, Academic Grant records, verification documents, technical logs, communication history, leaderboard archives, and other operational information for such period as is reasonably necessary to administer educational services, verify certificates, resolve participant enquiries, investigate fraud, conduct audits, improve educational quality, comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to governmental requests, protect the legitimate interests of Skill91, and maintain the integrity of historical educational records.
The duration of record retention may vary depending upon applicable legal requirements, unresolved disputes, operational needs, certificate verification requests, Academic Grant administration, audit requirements, security considerations, technological limitations, or other legitimate administrative purposes.
Where records are no longer reasonably required, Skill91 may securely archive, anonymize, permanently delete, or otherwise dispose of such information using methods considered appropriate under the circumstances and consistent with applicable law.
51. Limitation of Liability
Skill91 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that every published ranking accurately reflects the educational performance of eligible participants. Nevertheless, participants acknowledge that educational assessments, moderation activities, technical systems, verification procedures, internet infrastructure, third-party technology services, payment systems, and other operational dependencies may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.
Accordingly, Skill91 does not guarantee uninterrupted ranking services, continuous platform availability, publication on any specific date, permanent availability of historical rankings, error-free operation of technological systems, or any particular educational, professional, financial, or commercial outcome resulting from a participant’s ranking.
Nothing contained within this Policy shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the applicable laws of India.
52. Amendments and Policy Updates
Skill91 reserves the right to revise, amend, replace, modify, suspend, or update this Ranking Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in educational objectives, ranking methodologies, technological developments, platform functionality, operational experience, participant feedback, legal obligations, fraud prevention measures, security improvements, or other legitimate business considerations.
Updated versions of this Ranking Policy shall become effective immediately upon publication within the Skill91 Legal Center or through any other official communication channel unless a different effective date is expressly specified. Continued participation in Skill91 assessments or continued use of Skill91 services following publication of an updated Ranking Policy shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted under applicable law.
53. Relationship with Other Legal Policies
This Ranking Policy forms an integral part of the Skill91 Legal Center and should always be read together with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, Disclaimer, and every other legal document published by Skill91.
Where an individual assessment publishes additional ranking rules, educational objectives, category-specific criteria, institutional guidelines, leaderboard requirements, or operational procedures, those assessment-specific provisions shall apply together with this Ranking Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the assessment-specific provisions shall prevail only to the extent necessary for administration of the relevant educational program.
Participants remain responsible for complying with every applicable Skill91 policy throughout the complete ranking lifecycle, including assessment registration, evaluation, moderation, verification, publication of rankings, certificates, Academic Grant administration, appeals, historical record management, and future participation within the Skill91 educational ecosystem.
54. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Ranking Policy shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. Every ranking prepared, verified, moderated, published, revised, archived, or otherwise administered through the Skill91 platform shall remain subject to the legal framework applicable within India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising directly or indirectly from this Ranking Policy, the Skill91 Ranking System, educational assessments, ranking publication, leaderboard administration, merit lists, participant recognition, or any related educational service shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered place of business of Skill91.
Nothing contained within this Policy shall prevent Skill91 from seeking interim relief, injunctive remedies, protective orders, recovery proceedings, or any other lawful remedy before any court, tribunal, governmental authority, regulatory authority, or competent forum where such action is reasonably necessary to protect its educational services, intellectual property, technological infrastructure, participant interests, confidential information, legal rights, or operational integrity.
55. Severability
If any provision, clause, paragraph, sentence, or part of this Ranking Policy is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or any lawful authority to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or otherwise ineffective under applicable law, such determination shall affect only the specific provision declared invalid and shall not affect the validity, legality, enforceability, or continued operation of the remaining provisions of this Policy.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Wherever reasonably possible, any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects the original educational, legal, and operational intention of the affected provision while remaining legally enforceable.
56. Entire Agreement
This Ranking Policy, together with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, Disclaimer, and every other legal document published within the Skill91 Legal Center, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement governing the administration of participant rankings through the Skill91 platform.
This Policy supersedes all previous announcements, explanations, promotional material, oral discussions, social media statements, marketing communications, presentations, unofficial guidance, or other representations relating specifically to the Skill91 Ranking System to the extent that they are inconsistent with the current published version of this Policy.
No employee, representative, educational partner, marketing communication, social media content, third-party publication, or unofficial statement shall modify or override this Ranking Policy unless such modification has been officially published or expressly authorized in writing by Skill91.
