1. Introduction

Welcome to Skill91 (“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This AI Content Policy establishes the legal framework governing the creation, submission, modification, generation, enhancement, evaluation, disclosure, storage, review, publication, and use of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) generated, AI-assisted, AI-enhanced, machine-generated, algorithmically-created, or otherwise computationally produced content submitted through the Skill91 educational platform.

Skill91 is an educational assessment, skill evaluation, learning, certification, and Academic Grant platform where participants may submit written answers, essays, reports, assignments, projects, research material, images, videos, voice recordings, presentations, documents, portfolios, source code, designs, creative works, educational demonstrations, and other forms of digital content for evaluation.

As Artificial Intelligence technologies continue to evolve rapidly, Skill91 recognizes both the educational benefits and the academic risks associated with AI-generated content. Artificial Intelligence may improve learning, accessibility, creativity, productivity, language assistance, technical understanding, and educational support. At the same time, improper use of AI may compromise academic integrity, originality, fairness, transparency, authentic skill evaluation, and the credibility of educational achievements.

Accordingly, this AI Content Policy establishes balanced principles intended to encourage responsible innovation while preserving educational integrity. Rather than prohibiting Artificial Intelligence entirely, Skill91 regulates the acceptable, restricted, and prohibited use of AI depending upon the objectives of each assessment, educational activity, certification program, or Academic Grant process.

This Policy applies equally to fully AI-generated content, partially AI-generated content, AI-assisted work, AI-enhanced materials, edited AI outputs, synthetic media, machine-generated documents, AI-generated code, multimodal AI outputs, autonomous AI systems, and every other form of content produced with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence technologies regardless of the underlying software, hardware, model architecture, or provider.

By registering a Skill91 account, participating in any assessment, uploading educational material, submitting assignments, receiving evaluations, applying for Academic Grants, requesting certificates, or otherwise using the Skill91 platform, every participant acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to comply with this AI Content Policy together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Content Submission Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Certificate Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, and every other legal document published through the Skill91 Legal Center.

Important Notice: Artificial Intelligence is not automatically prohibited on Skill91. However, every participant remains fully responsible for ensuring that any AI-assisted work complies with the specific rules applicable to the relevant assessment, educational activity, competition, certification process, or Academic Grant program. Failure to comply with this Policy may result in content rejection, reassessment, certificate cancellation, Academic Grant disqualification, account suspension, or other administrative action.

2. Scope of this AI Content Policy

This AI Content Policy governs every form of Artificial Intelligence usage associated with the Skill91 platform including AI-generated text, essays, reports, educational answers, research summaries, computer code, software projects, images, illustrations, diagrams, videos, animations, presentations, voice recordings, synthetic speech, music, documents, datasets, educational demonstrations, portfolios, digital artwork, assessment submissions, certificate-related materials, Academic Grant applications, learning resources, and every other form of participant-generated or AI-assisted content.

The Policy applies before content creation, during content preparation, while educational work is being generated or modified, throughout submission, evaluation, verification, publication, certificate issuance, Academic Grant determination, appeals, fraud investigations, and for such period thereafter as educational records are retained for legal, academic, operational, audit, or regulatory purposes.

This Policy applies regardless of whether Artificial Intelligence was used directly by the participant, indirectly through another individual, through browser-based services, locally installed software, embedded applications, cloud-based AI platforms, APIs, plugins, browser extensions, educational software, enterprise AI systems, mobile applications, open-source models, privately hosted models, or future AI technologies not yet commercially available.

This AI Content Policy should always be interpreted together with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Content Submission Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Certificate Policy, Wallet Policy, Withdrawal Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and every other legal policy published by Skill91. Where multiple policies apply to the same educational activity, those policies shall be interpreted together to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

3. Definitions

3.1 “Artificial Intelligence (AI)”

“Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” refers to every computational system capable of generating, predicting, transforming, analyzing, editing, enhancing, translating, summarizing, synthesizing, classifying, or otherwise producing digital content through machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, probabilistic models, large language models, generative models, computer vision systems, speech technologies, autonomous systems, reasoning engines, or any comparable technology regardless of architecture or provider.

3.2 “AI Content”

“AI Content” means any text, image, photograph, artwork, illustration, source code, software, document, spreadsheet, presentation, audio recording, music, voice synthesis, video, animation, design, research material, educational submission, or other digital material that has been wholly or partially created, modified, enhanced, translated, summarized, corrected, optimized, expanded, rewritten, or otherwise influenced through Artificial Intelligence.

3.3 “AI-Assisted Content”

“AI-Assisted Content” means work in which Artificial Intelligence has contributed to the final result while meaningful human intellectual contribution, independent reasoning, creative decision-making, or original educational effort remains present.

3.4 “Participant”

Participant means every registered user who creates, uploads, edits, submits, reviews, evaluates, shares, or otherwise interacts with educational content through the Skill91 platform.

3.5 “Educational Submission”

Educational Submission means every answer, assignment, assessment response, essay, project, research work, presentation, code submission, portfolio, image, video, voice recording, document, design, demonstration, or other material submitted for educational evaluation through Skill91.

4. Meaning of AI-Generated Content

For the purposes of this Policy, AI-generated content includes every educational submission that has been produced, drafted, rewritten, translated, summarized, enhanced, corrected, expanded, completed, illustrated, narrated, animated, synthesized, programmed, rendered, or otherwise materially influenced by Artificial Intelligence technologies.

AI-generated content is not limited to fully automated outputs. Educational submissions remain classified as AI-generated whenever Artificial Intelligence has materially influenced the final work, even if the participant subsequently edits, rearranges, shortens, expands, reformats, or partially rewrites the AI output before submission.

Minor assistance such as grammar correction, spelling suggestions, accessibility improvements, formatting support, or language translation may be treated differently from complete AI-generated educational work depending upon the objectives of the applicable assessment and the specific instructions published for that assessment.

5. AI Technologies Covered

This Policy applies to every Artificial Intelligence technology regardless of developer, commercial provider, licensing model, deployment method, computing architecture, or future technological evolution. Covered technologies include generative AI systems, conversational AI, multimodal AI, large language models, coding assistants, AI image generators, AI video generators, AI voice synthesis systems, music generation systems, AI research assistants, browser-integrated AI, AI APIs, autonomous AI agents, open-source AI models, locally hosted AI systems, enterprise AI platforms, educational AI software, embedded AI services, robotics AI, and future intelligent technologies capable of generating or modifying educational content.

The applicability of this Policy does not depend upon the commercial name, developer, country of origin, licensing status, or technical implementation of the AI system used. New AI technologies introduced after publication of this Policy shall automatically fall within its scope where they perform substantially similar functions.

6. AI-Generated Text Content

Skill91 recognizes that Artificial Intelligence technologies are capable of generating essays, written answers, reports, assignments, research summaries, articles, explanations, educational notes, case studies, project documentation, emails, business proposals, learning material, and numerous other forms of written content. While such technologies may assist learning and research, unrestricted submission of AI-generated text may compromise academic integrity, originality, authentic skill evaluation, and the fairness of participant assessments.

Participants remain solely responsible for every written submission uploaded to the Skill91 platform regardless of whether the content was drafted personally, generated using Artificial Intelligence, prepared collaboratively, translated using AI, rewritten through AI, summarized by AI, or otherwise influenced by computational systems.

Where a particular assessment expressly permits AI-assisted learning or AI-assisted drafting, participants must ensure that meaningful human reasoning, independent analysis, original judgment, educational understanding, and personal intellectual contribution remain clearly reflected within the final submission. Mere copying of AI-generated responses without genuine educational engagement may constitute academic misconduct.

Skill91 reserves the right to distinguish between legitimate educational assistance, language improvement, grammar correction, accessibility support, and complete AI-generated submissions that replace independent participant effort. The applicable assessment rules shall determine the level of AI assistance that is acceptable for each educational activity.

Participants should carefully review every AI-assisted written submission for factual accuracy, originality, copyright compliance, misleading statements, fabricated references, inaccurate citations, harmful content, biased conclusions, confidential information, and other errors before submission. Responsibility for the final submitted content always remains with the participant and never with the AI system used to assist its preparation.

7. AI-Generated Images, Photographs, Illustrations, and Artwork

Skill91 permits participants to submit images, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, educational graphics, infographics, concept art, creative artwork, visual demonstrations, and other image-based educational materials only in accordance with the requirements of the applicable assessment or educational activity.

Where Artificial Intelligence has been used to generate, modify, enhance, retouch, expand, restore, recolor, replace, combine, or otherwise influence an image submitted through the Skill91 platform, participants remain fully responsible for ensuring that such usage complies with this AI Content Policy and any assessment-specific requirements governing originality.

Participants shall not submit AI-generated images that intentionally misrepresent real-world events, fabricate evidence, impersonate another individual, create deceptive educational demonstrations, falsify research observations, manipulate competition outcomes, or otherwise mislead evaluators regarding the authenticity of submitted educational work.

Images generated through AI remain subject to all applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, trademark protections, publicity rights, privacy rights, licensing obligations, and content ownership requirements. Participants must possess all necessary rights required for lawful submission of AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content.

Skill91 reserves the right to request disclosure regarding AI-assisted image creation, conduct authenticity reviews, utilize image analysis technologies, request supporting source materials, or require additional documentation where questions arise regarding originality or educational integrity.

8. AI-Generated Video, Animation, and Multimedia Content

Participants may, where permitted by the applicable educational activity, submit AI-assisted videos, educational demonstrations, multimedia presentations, animations, simulations, visual explanations, screen recordings, motion graphics, or other audiovisual materials. Every submitted video must accurately represent the participant’s educational work and must not intentionally deceive evaluators regarding authorship, originality, technical ability, or practical skills.

Artificial Intelligence may be used for editing, subtitle generation, language translation, accessibility improvements, background enhancement, noise reduction, resolution improvement, educational visualization, or other permitted functions only where consistent with the applicable assessment requirements.

Participants shall not submit AI-generated videos that fabricate experimental results, simulate practical demonstrations never actually performed, impersonate instructors or evaluators, falsify educational achievements, generate misleading evidence, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the Skill91 evaluation process.

Skill91 reserves the right to review metadata, timestamps, production history, editing records where available, technical characteristics, and other information reasonably necessary to determine whether submitted multimedia content complies with this AI Content Policy.

Where AI-generated video content is permitted, participants may nevertheless be required to explain their methodology, production process, educational reasoning, practical implementation, or personal contribution during evaluation or subsequent verification procedures.

9. AI-Generated Voice, Speech, Music, and Audio Content

Artificial Intelligence technologies capable of producing synthetic speech, cloned voices, AI-generated narration, music, sound effects, educational audio, language pronunciation, podcasts, or voice enhancement tools fall within the scope of this Policy whenever such content is submitted through the Skill91 platform.

Participants shall not submit AI-generated voice recordings that falsely represent another person’s identity, imitate evaluators, instructors, public officials, celebrities, or other individuals without lawful authorization. Voice cloning, deceptive narration, identity impersonation, and synthetic audio designed to mislead evaluators constitute serious violations of this Policy.

Where educational activities require demonstration of speaking ability, pronunciation, communication skills, interviews, oral examinations, presentations, public speaking, or language proficiency, participants may be prohibited from replacing their own voice with AI-generated speech unless the assessment expressly authorizes accessibility accommodations or AI-assisted features.

AI-assisted audio editing intended solely to improve recording quality, reduce background noise, normalize volume, or enhance accessibility may be treated differently from synthetic voice generation depending upon the educational objectives of the applicable assessment.

Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring that every submitted audio recording accurately reflects the educational purpose of the assessment and does not contain deceptive, manipulated, or misleading AI-generated content.

10. AI-Generated Software, Programming Code, and Technical Projects

Skill91 recognizes that modern Artificial Intelligence technologies may generate programming code, software applications, scripts, algorithms, documentation, debugging suggestions, technical explanations, configuration files, database structures, testing procedures, and other software development resources.

Where programming assessments evaluate independent coding ability, algorithmic thinking, software architecture, debugging skills, logical reasoning, or technical problem-solving, unrestricted AI-generated code may compromise the validity of educational evaluation. Participants must therefore comply with the AI usage rules specifically applicable to each programming assessment.

Participants remain fully responsible for understanding, reviewing, testing, securing, validating, documenting, and explaining every line of code submitted through the Skill91 platform regardless of whether AI assistance was used during development.

Submission of AI-generated software containing malicious functionality, unauthorized access mechanisms, harmful scripts, concealed vulnerabilities, copyright infringement, licensing violations, plagiarism, security exploits, or intentionally deceptive programming practices is strictly prohibited.

Skill91 reserves the right to request source files, development history, version control records, coding explanations, technical interviews, live demonstrations, or additional verification where necessary to evaluate participant understanding and authentic technical contribution.

11. AI-Generated Documents, Presentations, Research Material, and Educational Resources

Artificial Intelligence may be capable of generating presentations, spreadsheets, reports, project documentation, business plans, educational notes, academic references, research summaries, charts, data visualizations, proposals, resumes, portfolios, and other educational documents. Every such submission remains subject to this AI Content Policy regardless of file format or software used during creation.

Participants shall ensure that AI-generated or AI-assisted documents do not contain fabricated citations, fictitious research sources, non-existent references, manipulated data, false statistics, invented legal authorities, misleading educational claims, or inaccurate scientific information. Participants are expected to independently verify all factual information before submission.

Submission of forged certificates, fabricated educational credentials, manipulated transcripts, falsified reports, altered academic records, misleading recommendation letters, or other fraudulent documents generated wholly or partially through Artificial Intelligence constitutes serious academic misconduct and may result in permanent administrative action.

Where AI has materially assisted preparation of educational documentation, Skill91 may require disclosure, supporting evidence, working drafts, original research materials, or additional verification to establish the authenticity of participant contributions.

12. Mixed Human and AI-Assisted Content

Skill91 recognizes that many modern educational submissions combine human creativity with Artificial Intelligence assistance. Such mixed-content submissions may include AI-assisted brainstorming, grammar improvement, translation, coding suggestions, image enhancement, accessibility improvements, formatting assistance, research organization, or other supportive functions while preserving substantial independent human intellectual contribution.

Whether mixed human and AI-assisted work is acceptable depends entirely upon the objectives of the applicable assessment. Certain educational activities may encourage responsible AI-assisted learning, whereas others may require completely independent participant work without AI assistance. Participants are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the assessment-specific AI requirements before submission.

Where AI-assisted submissions are permitted, participants must remain capable of independently explaining, defending, demonstrating, modifying, implementing, and discussing the submitted work during evaluation, interviews, practical demonstrations, verification exercises, or subsequent academic review.

The mere addition of limited human edits to substantially AI-generated content shall not automatically convert the submission into original human work. Skill91 reserves the exclusive authority to determine whether the participant’s independent educational contribution is sufficient for the applicable assessment.

13. Disclosure of Artificial Intelligence Usage

Skill91 believes that transparency is an essential component of academic integrity. Whenever an assessment, educational activity, project, competition, certification process, research submission, portfolio evaluation, or Academic Grant program requires disclosure of Artificial Intelligence usage, every participant shall honestly disclose the nature and extent of AI assistance used during preparation of the submitted work.

Required disclosure may include, where applicable, identification of the AI technology used, the purpose for which AI assistance was obtained, the stages of the work influenced by AI, the extent of participant modification, the participant’s own intellectual contribution, and any additional information reasonably requested by Skill91 for educational verification.

Disclosure requirements may vary depending upon the objectives of the applicable assessment. Certain assessments may permit unrestricted AI disclosure, others may permit only limited AI assistance, while some assessments may prohibit AI usage entirely. Participants remain solely responsible for understanding the disclosure requirements applicable to each assessment before submission.

Failure to disclose material AI assistance where disclosure is required may constitute academic misconduct even if the underlying AI-generated content would otherwise have been permissible under the applicable assessment rules.

Skill91 reserves the right to request supplementary explanations, working drafts, prompt history where voluntarily available, research notes, development records, revision history, or other supporting documentation where disclosure verification becomes reasonably necessary.

14. Assessments Where AI Assistance May Be Permitted

Certain educational assessments available through the Skill91 platform may permit responsible Artificial Intelligence usage where AI serves as a learning aid rather than a replacement for genuine participant knowledge, creativity, technical ability, analytical reasoning, or practical skill.

Examples of potentially permitted AI assistance may include grammar improvement, spelling correction, accessibility assistance, language translation, coding suggestions, educational brainstorming, research organization, formatting improvements, presentation refinement, image enhancement, caption generation, data visualization assistance, and other supportive educational functions expressly authorized for the relevant assessment.

Where AI assistance is permitted, participants remain fully responsible for independently understanding every aspect of the submitted work. Participants must be capable of explaining their reasoning, defending conclusions, modifying submitted work, answering evaluator questions, demonstrating practical implementation, and verifying personal educational competence without relying upon Artificial Intelligence.

Permission to use AI in one assessment does not automatically authorize AI usage in every other Skill91 assessment. Each educational activity shall establish its own AI usage rules according to its educational objectives, evaluation methodology, and assessment integrity requirements.

Skill91 reserves the exclusive right to define the acceptable scope of AI assistance for every assessment published through the platform and may revise such requirements whenever educational, technological, or regulatory developments reasonably require.

15. Assessments Where AI Usage May Be Restricted

Certain assessments may permit only limited Artificial Intelligence assistance while restricting AI involvement in core educational tasks that are intended to measure independent participant competence. These assessments are designed to evaluate authentic analytical ability, subject knowledge, creativity, communication skills, technical expertise, practical understanding, or professional judgment.

Examples of restricted AI usage may include limitations on AI-generated essays, AI-written programming solutions, AI-generated research conclusions, AI-created design portfolios, AI-generated artistic work, AI-produced presentations, AI-generated oral responses, AI-created practical demonstrations, or any other AI output that substantially replaces independent participant effort.

Participants shall carefully review every assessment instruction before using AI tools. Where AI restrictions apply, participants should not assume that general educational AI usage remains permissible merely because AI was allowed in previous assessments or unrelated educational activities.

Where uncertainty exists regarding whether a specific AI technology or AI-assisted workflow is permitted, participants are encouraged to seek clarification through official Skill91 support channels before submitting the relevant educational work.

Failure to comply with assessment-specific AI restrictions may result in reassessment, reduced evaluation scores, rejection of submitted work, certificate ineligibility, Academic Grant disqualification, or other administrative measures consistent with this Policy.

16. Assessments Where Artificial Intelligence is Prohibited

Certain Skill91 assessments are specifically designed to evaluate independent human knowledge, original creativity, practical competency, technical proficiency, communication ability, ethical judgment, manual skill, personal reasoning, or other educational outcomes that cannot be accurately measured where Artificial Intelligence performs the participant’s work.

Where an assessment expressly prohibits AI usage, participants shall not utilize Artificial Intelligence for drafting answers, solving assessment questions, generating code, producing creative work, preparing presentations, generating research content, answering interview questions, producing practical demonstrations, or completing any component of the assessment unless expressly authorized as an approved accessibility accommodation.

Participants shall not attempt to circumvent AI restrictions through indirect methods including use of third parties, anonymous AI services, browser extensions, AI plugins, remote assistance, locally hosted AI systems, enterprise AI software, automated workflows, or other technologies intended to conceal Artificial Intelligence involvement.

Submission of AI-generated work during assessments where AI usage has been expressly prohibited may constitute serious academic misconduct and may result in rejection of the submission, cancellation of evaluation, permanent assessment disqualification, certificate revocation, Academic Grant cancellation, account suspension, or other administrative action considered appropriate by Skill91.

The absence of explicit AI detection does not create permission to use AI where the applicable assessment prohibits such usage. Participants remain personally responsible for complying with every published assessment requirement.

17. AI Detection Technologies

To preserve educational integrity and maintain fair evaluation standards, Skill91 may utilize one or more technological, analytical, statistical, behavioral, linguistic, computational, or manual methods to review submitted educational content for indications of Artificial Intelligence involvement.

Detection methods may include automated AI-content analysis systems, plagiarism comparison tools, metadata examination, writing pattern analysis, coding similarity evaluation, image authenticity review, multimedia verification, document analysis, behavioral assessment, submission timing analysis, technical interviews, manual expert review, and any other reasonable verification techniques considered appropriate by Skill91.

Participants acknowledge that no AI detection technology is perfectly accurate. Accordingly, Skill91 shall not rely exclusively upon automated AI detection results when making important academic decisions. Detection technologies may instead form one component of a broader educational review process together with manual evaluation and additional verification where appropriate.

Skill91 reserves the right to introduce, replace, improve, discontinue, or combine multiple AI detection technologies as Artificial Intelligence capabilities continue to evolve and new verification methods become available.

Participants shall not intentionally attempt to bypass, manipulate, deceive, confuse, or interfere with AI detection systems through prompt engineering, paraphrasing tools, AI humanization software, automated rewriting systems, adversarial techniques, or other methods intended to conceal prohibited AI usage.

18. Manual Educational Review and Verification

In addition to automated analysis, Skill91 reserves the right to conduct manual educational review of any submitted content whenever reasonably necessary to protect academic integrity, resolve suspected AI misuse, investigate authenticity concerns, verify participant understanding, or maintain confidence in the evaluation process.

Manual review may be conducted by qualified evaluators, subject matter experts, academic reviewers, technical assessors, moderation teams, quality assurance personnel, or other authorized representatives appointed by Skill91.

During manual verification, participants may be requested to explain submitted work, demonstrate practical implementation, answer follow-up questions, reproduce selected portions independently, submit supporting drafts, provide source materials, participate in interviews, complete additional educational exercises, or otherwise demonstrate genuine understanding of the submitted content.

Failure to reasonably cooperate with legitimate verification requests may be considered together with all other available evidence during evaluation of educational authenticity. However, every investigation shall be conducted fairly, objectively, and with reasonable consideration of the available information.

The decision to conduct manual review, request additional evidence, require reassessment, or undertake further educational verification shall remain entirely within the reasonable academic discretion of Skill91 whenever necessary to preserve fairness, transparency, and educational integrity.

19. Academic Integrity and Honest Educational Participation

Academic integrity represents one of the fundamental principles upon which the Skill91 educational ecosystem operates. Every assessment, educational activity, competition, certificate program, and Academic Grant evaluation is designed to measure the participant’s genuine knowledge, practical abilities, intellectual effort, creativity, professional judgment, technical competence, communication skills, and independent educational development.

Artificial Intelligence must never be used in a manner that replaces the participant’s own educational contribution where independent performance forms an essential objective of the assessment. Participants remain personally responsible for demonstrating authentic understanding, independent reasoning, ethical conduct, and genuine educational achievement regardless of whether AI technologies were available during preparation.

Every submission uploaded to Skill91 should accurately represent the participant’s own educational work except where the applicable assessment expressly authorizes AI-assisted collaboration. Participants shall not intentionally present AI-generated work as entirely self-created where disclosure is required or where AI usage has been prohibited.

Skill91 encourages responsible educational innovation while preserving fairness for every participant. The purpose of this Policy is not to discourage technological learning but to ensure that certificates, rankings, evaluations, Academic Grants, and educational achievements continue to represent genuine participant competence rather than unrestricted AI automation.

Academic integrity obligations continue before, during, and after every assessment. Discovery of AI-related misconduct after certificate issuance, Academic Grant distribution, publication of rankings, or completion of an educational program may still result in investigation and administrative action where appropriate.

20. AI-Assisted Plagiarism and Originality Requirements

Skill91 maintains a strict commitment to originality. Every participant is expected to submit educational work that accurately reflects lawful intellectual effort and respects the rights of authors, educators, researchers, artists, developers, designers, and other creators whose work may have contributed to educational learning.

Artificial Intelligence shall not be used to conceal plagiarism, disguise copied material, rewrite copyrighted content without authorization, paraphrase another person’s educational work for deceptive purposes, generate fabricated research, reproduce proprietary materials, or otherwise circumvent originality requirements established by Skill91.

Participants acknowledge that AI-generated text is not automatically original merely because it was produced by an Artificial Intelligence system. Participants remain responsible for ensuring that submitted work does not infringe copyrights, violate licensing agreements, misappropriate intellectual property, or improperly reproduce another person’s protected work.

Skill91 may utilize plagiarism detection technologies, AI-content analysis, manual educational review, source comparison, coding similarity analysis, reverse image searches where appropriate, document verification, and other reasonable methods to evaluate originality.

Where plagiarism, unauthorized copying, concealed AI rewriting, or other originality violations are identified, Skill91 may reject the submission, require reassessment, reduce evaluation scores, suspend participant privileges, revoke certificates, cancel Academic Grant eligibility, or take additional administrative measures consistent with this Policy.

21. Deepfake, Synthetic Media, and Identity Manipulation

Skill91 strictly prohibits the creation, submission, distribution, or use of deceptive synthetic media intended to misrepresent identity, educational performance, practical demonstrations, research evidence, assessment participation, professional qualifications, or any other material fact relevant to the Skill91 educational ecosystem.

Deepfake technologies include Artificial Intelligence systems capable of generating or modifying realistic images, videos, voice recordings, facial expressions, body movements, speech patterns, or other digital representations that falsely appear to depict real individuals, real educational events, or genuine participant activity.

Participants shall not submit AI-generated videos falsely representing practical demonstrations, AI-generated interviews impersonating participants, synthetic voice recordings replacing required oral assessments, manipulated identity verification materials, or any other deceptive synthetic media intended to influence educational evaluation.

Use of AI solely for legitimate accessibility accommodations, educational visualization, artistic demonstrations, or clearly disclosed creative projects may be permitted where expressly authorized by the applicable assessment instructions and where such use does not mislead evaluators.

Skill91 reserves the right to investigate suspected synthetic media using technical analysis, metadata review, manual verification, participant interviews, identity verification procedures, multimedia analysis technologies, or other reasonable investigative methods.

22. Identity Fraud and AI Impersonation

Participants shall not use Artificial Intelligence to impersonate another participant, evaluator, instructor, educational institution, public official, organization, company representative, or any other individual or entity while using the Skill91 platform.

Prohibited conduct includes AI-generated profile photographs intended to conceal identity, synthetic voice impersonation during oral assessments, AI-generated written communication falsely attributed to another person, fabricated recommendation letters, AI-generated signatures, forged educational documents, manipulated identity verification records, and every other form of identity deception.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring that all identity information submitted to Skill91 accurately reflects their true identity and educational participation. Use of Artificial Intelligence to conceal participant identity during educational verification procedures constitutes a serious violation of this Policy.

Skill91 may require additional identity verification whenever reasonable concerns arise regarding AI-assisted impersonation, account misuse, document authenticity, certificate ownership, Academic Grant eligibility, or participant identity.

Confirmed identity fraud may result in permanent account suspension, certificate revocation, Academic Grant cancellation, withdrawal restrictions, reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required, and any additional lawful administrative action considered necessary to protect the Skill91 platform.

23. Misleading, False, or Hallucinated AI Content

Participants acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence systems may occasionally generate inaccurate information, fabricated citations, false legal references, incorrect scientific conclusions, imaginary case law, fictional research papers, invented statistics, misleading educational explanations, non-existent websites, fabricated quotations, or other unreliable outputs commonly referred to as AI “hallucinations.”

Every participant remains solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and validating the factual accuracy of every AI-assisted educational submission before uploading it to the Skill91 platform. Reliance upon AI-generated information does not relieve participants of responsibility for ensuring educational accuracy.

Submission of knowingly false, misleading, fabricated, manipulated, or deceptive AI-generated educational content may compromise evaluation integrity and may result in rejection of the submission, reassessment requirements, reduced evaluation scores, certificate cancellation, Academic Grant ineligibility, or other administrative measures.

Participants are encouraged to verify important facts using reliable educational sources, authoritative references, official publications, peer-reviewed research where appropriate, and independent human judgment before relying upon AI-generated information.

Skill91 reserves the right to request supporting evidence, source materials, research documentation, practical demonstrations, or participant explanations where the accuracy of submitted educational content is reasonably questioned.

24. Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Licensing of AI-Assisted Content

Every participant remains solely responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted educational submissions comply with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, trademark protections, database rights, publicity rights, licensing obligations, contractual restrictions, and other legal requirements governing digital content.

Participants shall not submit AI-generated content that knowingly infringes copyrighted works, reproduces proprietary educational materials without authorization, violates software licenses, copies protected artistic works, misappropriates confidential information, or otherwise infringes the lawful rights of third parties.

Where participants utilize Artificial Intelligence systems that impose licensing conditions upon generated outputs, participants remain responsible for understanding and complying with those licensing obligations before submitting such content to Skill91.

Submission of educational content to Skill91 does not transfer ownership of participant intellectual property except to the limited extent necessary for Skill91 to evaluate, review, verify, store, process, display, moderate, administer certificates, determine Academic Grants, resolve disputes, improve educational services, and otherwise operate the platform in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Skill91 reserves the right to remove, reject, restrict, or investigate any AI-assisted content that reasonably appears to infringe intellectual property rights, violate licensing obligations, misappropriate confidential information, or otherwise create legal risk for participants, rights holders, or the Skill91 platform.

25. Human Responsibility for AI-Assisted Content

Artificial Intelligence is intended to function solely as an educational support technology and shall never replace the participant’s personal responsibility for the content submitted through the Skill91 platform. Regardless of the software, AI model, service provider, automation tool, or computational technology used during content creation, every participant remains fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, authenticity, completeness, educational quality, and ethical acceptability of every submission uploaded to Skill91.

Participants acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence systems may generate inaccurate information, incomplete analysis, fabricated references, misleading conclusions, biased outputs, outdated educational material, programming errors, security vulnerabilities, copyright concerns, or other unintended inaccuracies. Accordingly, every participant shall independently review, verify, edit, and validate all AI-assisted content before submission.

The use of Artificial Intelligence does not transfer educational responsibility to the AI developer, software provider, model creator, cloud platform, technology company, browser extension, API provider, or Skill91. Responsibility for the final educational submission always remains with the participant submitting the work.

Participants are expected to possess sufficient personal understanding of every submitted answer, project, document, image, video, source code, research paper, presentation, portfolio, voice recording, or other educational material to explain, defend, modify, reproduce, and discuss the work independently during evaluation or verification.

Where a participant cannot reasonably explain or demonstrate understanding of submitted AI-assisted work, Skill91 may consider such circumstances during educational review, authenticity verification, reassessment procedures, Academic Grant evaluation, certificate determination, or disciplinary proceedings.

26. Skill91 Evaluation Rights Regarding AI Content

Skill91 reserves the exclusive right to evaluate, analyze, verify, investigate, moderate, accept, reject, temporarily restrict, permanently remove, request clarification regarding, or otherwise review any AI-assisted educational submission whenever reasonably necessary to preserve educational integrity, participant fairness, platform security, legal compliance, or the credibility of Skill91 certificates and Academic Grants.

Educational review may include automated analysis, manual academic evaluation, plagiarism review, AI-content assessment, technical verification, multimedia authentication, coding review, source comparison, participant interviews, practical demonstrations, identity verification, or any other reasonable educational verification process considered appropriate by Skill91.

Skill91 may request additional explanations, supporting documentation, original project files, development history, revision records, source materials, practical demonstrations, educational interviews, or supplementary assessments where AI-assisted content requires additional verification before evaluation can be completed.

Skill91 shall determine, in its reasonable academic discretion, whether submitted AI-assisted content satisfies the educational objectives, originality standards, authenticity requirements, assessment rules, certificate criteria, Academic Grant conditions, and platform policies applicable to the relevant educational activity.

Nothing contained within this Policy shall obligate Skill91 to approve, publish, certify, rank, reward, or otherwise accept AI-assisted content solely because Artificial Intelligence usage has been disclosed by the participant.

27. Administrative Action for Improper AI Usage

Where Skill91 reasonably determines that Artificial Intelligence has been used in violation of this Policy, the applicable assessment instructions, or any other governing Skill91 legal document, Skill91 reserves the right to implement proportionate administrative measures necessary to preserve educational fairness and platform integrity.

Administrative measures may include educational warnings, requests for clarification, requests for resubmission, reassessment requirements, reduction of evaluation scores, temporary withholding of results, rejection of educational submissions, suspension of assessment participation, restriction of AI-assisted submissions, removal of uploaded content, temporary account limitations, permanent account suspension, or any other reasonable action consistent with applicable law and platform policies.

The nature of any administrative action shall ordinarily depend upon the seriousness of the violation, participant intent, educational impact, prior compliance history, cooperation during investigation, availability of supporting evidence, and other relevant circumstances considered by Skill91.

Nothing contained within this Policy prevents Skill91 from implementing immediate protective measures where urgent action becomes reasonably necessary to protect participants, educational integrity, platform security, or legal compliance.

28. Certificate Revocation and Academic Grant Disqualification

Certificates, rankings, evaluation results, Academic Grants, educational recognitions, awards, badges, distinctions, and similar educational benefits awarded through the Skill91 platform are issued in reliance upon the authenticity and integrity of participant submissions. Where subsequent investigation establishes material AI-related misconduct, Skill91 reserves the right to review every educational benefit associated with the affected assessment.

Where AI-assisted misconduct materially influenced assessment outcomes, Skill91 may suspend, revoke, invalidate, withdraw, or otherwise cancel certificates, rankings, Academic Grants, educational awards, recognition programs, leaderboard positions, scholarship eligibility, or other educational benefits associated with the affected submission.

Revocation decisions may occur before or after publication of results, issuance of certificates, verification by third parties, Academic Grant distribution, or completion of educational programs whenever credible evidence establishes significant violations of this Policy.

Where certificates or Academic Grants are revoked, Skill91 may update participant records, public verification systems, certificate validation services, ranking information, Wallet adjustments where applicable, and other educational records necessary to maintain accurate platform information.

Nothing contained within this section limits any additional remedies available to Skill91 under the Terms & Conditions, Certificate Policy, Academic Grant Policy, Fair Play Policy, or applicable law.

29. Appeals, Clarifications, and Educational Review

Skill91 recognizes that AI-related educational issues may occasionally involve complex factual, technical, or academic considerations. Participants who reasonably believe that an AI-related administrative decision was based upon incomplete information may submit an appeal or clarification request through the official Skill91 support channels in accordance with the applicable appeal procedures.

Appeal requests should include all relevant educational information reasonably available to the participant, including assessment details, supporting documentation, explanations regarding AI usage, working drafts, source materials, technical records where available, and any additional information that may assist educational review.

Submission of an appeal does not automatically suspend administrative action, restore certificates, release Academic Grants, reverse evaluation decisions, or delay ongoing investigations unless Skill91 expressly determines that temporary suspension of enforcement is appropriate.

Skill91 shall review appeals in good faith using the information available at the time of review. Additional evidence may be requested where reasonably necessary to reach a fair educational determination.

Following completion of the review process, Skill91 may affirm the original decision, modify administrative measures, request additional verification, authorize reassessment, restore educational benefits where appropriate, or implement any other reasonable outcome consistent with the evidence and applicable platform policies.

30. AI Content Processing, Storage, and Educational Analysis

Educational submissions that include Artificial Intelligence-assisted content may be processed, stored, analyzed, indexed, reviewed, verified, moderated, archived, and otherwise administered by Skill91 in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Content Submission Policy, and applicable legal requirements governing educational records.

Processing activities may include plagiarism analysis, AI-content review, educational evaluation, fraud prevention, moderation, certificate administration, Academic Grant determination, quality assurance, statistical analysis, platform improvement, customer support, dispute resolution, security monitoring, audit activities, legal compliance, and other legitimate operational purposes reasonably necessary for administration of the Skill91 educational ecosystem.

Participants acknowledge that AI-assisted submissions may be reviewed by authorized evaluators, moderation teams, technical experts, academic reviewers, automated educational systems, or other authorized personnel strictly for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.

Skill91 implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect submitted educational content against unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, participants acknowledge that no internet-based platform or digital storage environment can guarantee absolute security against every possible technological risk.

Processing of AI-assisted educational content under this Policy shall always remain subject to the broader privacy protections, participant rights, and data governance principles established under the Skill91 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

31. Future Artificial Intelligence Technologies

Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field of technology. Skill91 acknowledges that future developments may introduce new forms of intelligent systems, reasoning engines, autonomous software, multimodal platforms, cognitive computing systems, adaptive learning technologies, synthetic intelligence, machine reasoning systems, generative models, and other computational technologies that may not exist or be commercially available at the time this Policy is published.

Accordingly, this AI Content Policy shall apply not only to currently available Artificial Intelligence technologies but also to future AI systems capable of generating, modifying, analyzing, translating, summarizing, reasoning, designing, programming, rendering, synthesizing, evaluating, communicating, automating, or otherwise assisting in the creation of educational content, regardless of their commercial name, developer, deployment model, licensing structure, technical architecture, or country of origin.

The applicability of this Policy does not depend upon whether an AI technology is publicly available, privately licensed, open-source, locally hosted, embedded within another software application, integrated into a web browser, delivered through an Application Programming Interface (API), deployed through cloud infrastructure, operated offline, or developed internally by an organization or participant.

Participants acknowledge that newly emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies shall automatically become subject to this Policy where such technologies perform substantially similar educational functions as existing AI systems or otherwise influence educational submissions processed through the Skill91 platform.

Nothing contained within this Policy shall be interpreted as limiting Skill91’s authority to regulate future AI technologies that may significantly affect educational integrity, participant fairness, certificate credibility, Academic Grant administration, or platform security.

32. Autonomous AI Systems, AI Agents, Robotics, and Automated Workflows

This Policy applies equally to autonomous Artificial Intelligence systems, AI agents, intelligent automation platforms, robotic process automation, multi-agent AI systems, autonomous research assistants, autonomous coding agents, intelligent workflow automation, self-improving AI systems, collaborative AI ecosystems, digital employees, autonomous educational assistants, robotics platforms, and every other intelligent computational system capable of independently performing educational or creative tasks on behalf of a participant.

Participants shall not utilize autonomous AI systems to independently complete assessments, automatically answer examination questions, submit educational assignments, generate assessment responses, perform practical demonstrations, complete coding challenges, manipulate rankings, automate certificate eligibility, or otherwise replace genuine participant educational effort where independent human participation forms an essential requirement of the applicable educational activity.

The delegation of educational responsibilities to autonomous AI agents shall be treated in the same manner as direct AI-generated content where such delegation materially replaces the participant’s own educational contribution.

Where future educational activities permit limited interaction with autonomous AI systems for learning, experimentation, accessibility, research, or innovation purposes, participants shall nevertheless remain personally responsible for every educational submission uploaded through the Skill91 platform.

Skill91 reserves the right to introduce additional governance standards, technical safeguards, verification procedures, authentication mechanisms, disclosure requirements, monitoring technologies, and educational controls specifically addressing future autonomous AI systems whenever reasonably necessary.

33. Amendments and Policy Updates

Skill91 reserves the unrestricted right to revise, amend, replace, expand, consolidate, modify, suspend, withdraw, or otherwise update this AI Content Policy whenever reasonably necessary to reflect developments in Artificial Intelligence technology, educational standards, legal requirements, judicial decisions, regulatory guidance, cybersecurity practices, platform operations, academic integrity requirements, technological innovation, or legitimate business considerations.

Updated versions of this Policy shall ordinarily become effective immediately upon publication through the official Skill91 Legal Center unless another effective date is expressly specified within the revised document.

Participants are encouraged to review the latest version of this AI Content Policy before participating in assessments, uploading educational submissions, applying for Academic Grants, requesting certificates, participating in competitions, or otherwise using any Skill91 educational services involving Artificial Intelligence.

Continued use of the Skill91 platform following publication of an updated AI Content Policy constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised provisions to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where material amendments significantly affect participant obligations, AI usage rules, educational evaluation procedures, certificate eligibility, Academic Grant requirements, or participant rights, Skill91 may communicate such updates through website announcements, dashboard notifications, registered email communications, or other official communication channels where reasonably practicable.

35. Severability

If any provision, clause, paragraph, sentence, or portion of this AI Content Policy is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, regulatory authority, arbitral tribunal, or other lawful authority to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Policy.

Every remaining provision shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Where reasonably possible, any invalid provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects the original educational, legal, commercial, operational, and technological intent of the affected provision while remaining legally enforceable.
