Academic Grant Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Skill91 (“Skill91”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Academic Grant Policy explains the principles, eligibility requirements, administrative procedures, verification standards, and operational framework governing the Academic Grant programs offered through the Skill91 platform. The purpose of this Policy is to establish a transparent, fair, merit-based, and professionally administered educational assistance framework that recognizes outstanding participant performance while maintaining the integrity, credibility, and educational objectives of the Skill91 platform.

Skill91 is committed to encouraging continuous learning, practical skill development, creativity, innovation, independent thinking, and educational excellence. As part of this commitment, Skill91 may, for selected educational assessments or learning programs, provide Academic Grants to eligible participants who satisfy the applicable educational, administrative, verification, and policy requirements. Academic Grants are intended solely as educational support and recognition of merit and should not be interpreted as prizes, lottery winnings, gambling rewards, investment returns, employment compensation, salary, guaranteed financial assistance, or any form of speculative or chance-based reward.

The Academic Grant framework has been developed to encourage genuine educational participation and to recognize exceptional performance achieved through honest effort, compliance with platform policies, and successful completion of the applicable assessment process. Every Academic Grant is awarded only after completion of the applicable evaluation procedures, moderation, verification, policy compliance review, and any additional administrative processes considered reasonably necessary by Skill91.

This Policy should be read together with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Fair Play Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, and every other legal document published within the Skill91 Legal Center. Where an individual assessment publishes additional Academic Grant rules, eligibility conditions, or educational guidelines, those assessment-specific requirements shall also apply together with this Policy.

By registering for an assessment, participating in educational activities, submitting assessment materials, applying for Academic Grants, accepting educational recognition, or otherwise using the Skill91 platform, every participant acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Academic Grant Policy.

2. Purpose of the Academic Grant Program

The Academic Grant Program has been established to promote educational excellence by recognizing participants who demonstrate outstanding performance in Skill91 assessments. The primary objective of the program is to encourage meaningful learning, practical application of knowledge, responsible participation, originality, creativity, innovation, ethical conduct, and continuous personal development through merit-based educational opportunities.

Academic Grants are intended to support the educational growth of eligible participants and may be offered as educational assistance associated with specific assessments or educational initiatives conducted through the Skill91 platform. The availability, value, eligibility conditions, selection methodology, verification procedures, and distribution process for Academic Grants may differ across individual assessments depending upon their educational objectives, available resources, program design, and administrative requirements.

The Academic Grant Program does not operate as a contest of chance, promotional lottery, betting activity, gambling scheme, lucky draw, investment program, financial product, crowdfunding activity, or prize distribution mechanism. Selection for an Academic Grant is based exclusively upon educational merit, compliance with published assessment requirements, successful completion of applicable verification procedures, and satisfaction of all eligibility conditions established by Skill91.

Skill91 may modify, expand, suspend, discontinue, or redesign any Academic Grant program at any time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in educational objectives, operational requirements, legal obligations, funding availability, assessment methodology, technological improvements, participant feedback, or other legitimate business considerations.

3. Scope of this Policy

This Academic Grant Policy applies to every participant who seeks, receives, or may become eligible for an Academic Grant offered through the Skill91 platform. The Policy applies throughout the complete Academic Grant lifecycle, including assessment registration, educational participation, evaluation, merit ranking, verification, identity confirmation, eligibility review, administrative approval, grant distribution, post-award verification, appeals, investigations, and any subsequent review relating to the Academic Grant.

This Policy applies equally to registered participants, Academic Grant applicants, certificate recipients, evaluators, moderators, reviewers, verification personnel, customer support representatives, administrative teams, educational partners, and any other authorized persons involved in the administration of Academic Grant programs conducted through Skill91.

The provisions contained within this Policy continue to apply even after completion of an assessment, publication of results, issuance of certificates, or distribution of Academic Grants wherever reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, verification, administrative review, certificate validation, or protection of the integrity of the Skill91 educational ecosystem.

4. Academic Grant Philosophy

Skill91 believes that educational recognition should always be earned through genuine merit, independent learning, responsible participation, creativity, originality, practical knowledge, and ethical conduct. The Academic Grant Program has therefore been designed to reward educational excellence rather than financial investment, popularity, personal relationships, or random chance.

Every Academic Grant offered through Skill91 is intended to recognize educational achievement demonstrated during the applicable assessment. The selection process is based upon merit-oriented evaluation standards established for the relevant educational activity and is supported by moderation procedures, quality assurance processes, identity verification, policy compliance review, and other administrative safeguards designed to maintain fairness and transparency.

Receipt of an Academic Grant represents educational recognition within the context of the relevant Skill91 assessment only. An Academic Grant should not be interpreted as creating any guarantee of future educational success, scholarship, employment, admission, business opportunity, government recognition, professional certification, financial assistance beyond the published grant, or any other future benefit unless expressly stated by Skill91.

Skill91 reserves the right to establish different Academic Grant structures, eligibility criteria, verification procedures, administrative requirements, educational objectives, and distribution mechanisms for different assessments where such variation is reasonably justified by the nature of the educational program.

5. Eligibility for Academic Grants

Eligibility for an Academic Grant shall be determined exclusively in accordance with the eligibility requirements published by Skill91 for the relevant assessment or educational program. Every participant seeking consideration for an Academic Grant must satisfy all applicable participation requirements, evaluation standards, verification procedures, platform policies, and administrative conditions established by Skill91. Eligibility shall always be assessed on the basis of educational merit, policy compliance, and successful completion of all applicable verification processes rather than on personal relationships, financial contributions, referrals, popularity, or any other factor unrelated to educational performance.

Eligibility requirements may differ between assessments depending upon the educational objectives, participant categories, assessment complexity, available Academic Grant resources, institutional collaborations, sponsorship arrangements, age categories, subject specialization, educational qualifications, geographical limitations, language requirements, or any other reasonable conditions determined by Skill91. Participants are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the eligibility requirements applicable to each assessment before registering or making any payment.

Where an assessment includes limited Academic Grant opportunities, only those participants who satisfy all eligibility requirements and successfully complete every applicable stage of evaluation, moderation, verification, and administrative approval shall be considered for final selection. Satisfaction of minimum eligibility requirements does not automatically create a right or guarantee to receive an Academic Grant.

6. Assessment Participation Requirements

Only participants who have lawfully completed the applicable assessment process may be considered for Academic Grant eligibility. Participants must complete assessment registration, pay the applicable assessment fee where required, submit assessment materials within the published deadline, comply with technical submission requirements, satisfy identity verification obligations where applicable, and follow every instruction published for the relevant assessment.

Incomplete registrations, unsuccessful payments, incomplete submissions, unreadable files, technical non-compliance, policy violations, identity discrepancies, duplicate accounts, or failure to satisfy published assessment requirements may result in the participant becoming ineligible for Academic Grant consideration, irrespective of the quality of the submitted work.

Participants acknowledge that Skill91 may establish additional participation conditions for specific educational initiatives, competitions, institutional programs, or sponsored assessments. Such additional conditions shall apply together with this Academic Grant Policy.

7. Merit-Based Selection

Academic Grants are awarded exclusively on the basis of educational merit determined through the official Skill91 assessment and evaluation process. Merit-based selection reflects the participant’s demonstrated knowledge, originality, creativity, innovation, practical understanding, communication skills, technical competence, ethical participation, compliance with assessment requirements, and other educational criteria applicable to the relevant assessment.

Selection decisions may also take into consideration moderation outcomes, originality verification, Fair Play compliance, KYC verification, policy compliance, administrative review, and any additional quality assurance procedures reasonably necessary to maintain fairness, transparency, and educational integrity.

No participant shall receive preferential treatment on the basis of previous participation, institutional affiliation, promotional activity, referral performance, financial contribution, personal relationships, social media influence, commercial arrangements, or any other factor unrelated to educational merit unless such criteria have been expressly published as part of the relevant educational program.

8. No Guaranteed Academic Grant

Participation in an assessment conducted through Skill91 does not guarantee selection for an Academic Grant. Likewise, payment of an assessment fee, successful completion of an assessment, publication of results, issuance of a certificate, or inclusion within a merit ranking shall not automatically create any contractual, financial, or legal entitlement to receive an Academic Grant.

Academic Grants remain subject to successful completion of every applicable stage of evaluation, moderation, verification, eligibility confirmation, administrative review, identity verification, compliance review, availability of the relevant Academic Grant program, and final approval by Skill91. Where any required condition remains unsatisfied, Skill91 may decline, postpone, suspend, or cancel Academic Grant processing without creating any obligation to provide an alternative educational or financial benefit.

Participants acknowledge that Academic Grants are discretionary educational assistance programs administered in accordance with published platform policies and should not be interpreted as guaranteed rewards, contractual payments, salaries, investment returns, scholarships, prize money, or any legally enforceable financial entitlement except where expressly required by applicable law.

9. General Eligibility Conditions

Without limiting any assessment-specific eligibility requirements, every participant seeking an Academic Grant is expected to maintain compliance with the Skill91 Terms & Conditions, Fair Play Policy, Privacy Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, Assessment & Evaluation Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and every other applicable legal document published within the Skill91 Legal Center.

Participants shall provide accurate personal information, maintain only one authorized Skill91 account unless expressly permitted otherwise, submit genuine and original assessment work, complete all required verification procedures, cooperate with reasonable administrative requests, and avoid any conduct that may compromise the fairness, integrity, or credibility of the Skill91 educational ecosystem.

Failure to satisfy any applicable eligibility condition before, during, or after the assessment process may result in temporary suspension of Academic Grant processing, additional verification requirements, administrative review, cancellation of eligibility, withdrawal of educational recognition, or any other lawful action reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the Academic Grant Program.

10. Academic Grant Evaluation Process

Every participant who satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements may be considered for Academic Grant evaluation only after the relevant assessment has been successfully completed. Academic Grant evaluation is conducted independently from the initial registration process and may involve multiple stages of educational review before any participant is recommended for grant approval. The evaluation process has been designed to ensure fairness, transparency, consistency, educational integrity, and equal opportunity for every eligible participant.

Depending upon the nature of the assessment, the evaluation process may include administrative screening, technical validation, originality review, educational evaluation, moderation, quality assurance procedures, identity verification, policy compliance review, and any additional administrative examination reasonably necessary for protecting the integrity of the Academic Grant Program.

The number of review stages may vary across different assessments. Certain educational programs may require only a single stage of evaluation, while others may involve multiple evaluators, independent moderation, additional verification, or further administrative review before a final recommendation is prepared.

11. Selection Methodology

Academic Grant selection is based upon educational merit demonstrated during the applicable assessment together with successful compliance with all published eligibility requirements. Selection decisions are intended to recognize participants who have demonstrated exceptional educational performance through originality, creativity, practical understanding, technical competence, communication ability, ethical participation, compliance with assessment instructions, and overall educational excellence.

Skill91 may consider multiple educational factors while determining Academic Grant recommendations. These factors may include assessment quality, originality of work, innovation, consistency of performance, practical application of knowledge, adherence to assessment guidelines, Fair Play compliance, verification status, moderation outcomes, technical accuracy, and other educational considerations reasonably relevant to the objectives of the assessment.

Selection methodology may differ between educational programs depending upon their objectives, participant categories, available Academic Grant resources, assessment complexity, institutional collaborations, sponsorship arrangements, or other operational requirements. Accordingly, identical selection procedures are not required across every Skill91 assessment.

12. Merit Ranking and Academic Grant Consideration

Where an assessment publishes merit rankings, such rankings may be used as one of several factors considered during Academic Grant evaluation. Merit ranking alone shall not automatically determine Academic Grant eligibility unless the relevant assessment expressly states otherwise.

Participants occupying higher merit positions may still be required to complete identity verification, policy compliance review, originality verification, document validation, payment verification where applicable, and any additional administrative procedures before Academic Grant approval is finalized.

Similarly, where administrative review identifies policy violations, fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, duplicate participation, or failure to satisfy verification requirements, a participant may become ineligible for Academic Grant approval regardless of merit ranking.

13. Verification Before Academic Grant Approval

Before any Academic Grant is approved, Skill91 may conduct additional verification procedures to confirm that the participant satisfies every applicable eligibility requirement. Such verification may include identity confirmation, KYC verification, originality review, assessment authenticity verification, Fair Play compliance, payment verification, duplicate account review, document verification, communication review, or any other reasonable administrative procedure necessary to preserve the integrity of the Academic Grant Program.

Verification procedures are intended to protect genuine participants, prevent fraudulent claims, maintain public confidence in the Academic Grant Program, and ensure that educational assistance is awarded only to participants who have complied with all applicable platform requirements.

Participants shall cooperate fully with every reasonable verification request made by Skill91. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may delay, suspend, or terminate Academic Grant processing where appropriate.

14. Final Approval Process

Successful completion of educational evaluation does not automatically result in immediate Academic Grant approval. Before any Academic Grant is awarded, Skill91 may complete a final administrative review to verify eligibility, assessment records, moderation outcomes, policy compliance, verification status, funding availability, operational requirements, and any other matters reasonably relevant to the administration of the Academic Grant Program.

Only after successful completion of the final review process may an eligible participant receive formal confirmation of Academic Grant approval through official Skill91 communication channels. Until such confirmation has been issued, no participant should assume that an Academic Grant has been finally approved or guaranteed.

Skill91 reserves the right to postpone, defer, suspend, or decline Academic Grant approval where additional verification, administrative review, legal compliance, operational requirements, or exceptional circumstances reasonably require further examination before a final decision can be made.

15. Equal Opportunity and Fair Selection

Skill91 is committed to administering the Academic Grant Program fairly and without unlawful discrimination. Every eligible participant shall be considered according to the educational objectives and published eligibility requirements applicable to the relevant assessment. Selection decisions are intended to reflect educational merit and compliance with platform policies rather than personal relationships, financial capacity, social influence, institutional affiliation, promotional activity, or any other unrelated consideration.

Where two or more participants demonstrate substantially comparable educational performance, Skill91 may apply additional educational criteria, moderation outcomes, originality review, compliance history, or other reasonable assessment factors for the limited purpose of determining final Academic Grant recommendations where necessary.

16. Identity Verification and KYC Compliance

Before approving, processing, or distributing any Academic Grant, Skill91 reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures to confirm that the participant is the genuine individual who completed the relevant assessment. Identity verification is intended to protect the integrity of the Academic Grant Program, prevent fraudulent claims, safeguard genuine participants, and ensure that educational assistance is awarded only to eligible individuals who have complied with all applicable platform requirements.

Verification requirements may include confirmation of the participant’s registered identity, government-issued identification documents, recent photographs, self-verification where applicable, registered mobile number, registered email address, payment verification, educational information, supporting documents, or any other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility for the Academic Grant Program.

Participants shall provide complete, accurate, authentic, and current information during every stage of the verification process. Submission of forged documents, altered records, misleading information, expired identification, unauthorized documents, or information belonging to another individual may result in immediate suspension of Academic Grant processing and may lead to permanent disqualification from the Skill91 Academic Grant Program.

Completion of KYC or identity verification alone does not guarantee approval of an Academic Grant. Verification forms only one component of the overall eligibility review process.

17. Duplicate Accounts and Identity Misuse

Skill91 maintains a strict one-participant-one-account principle unless multiple accounts have been expressly authorized in writing. Participants shall not create, maintain, or operate multiple Skill91 accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional Academic Grant opportunities, duplicate assessment participation, increased selection probability, referral benefits, promotional advantages, or any other unfair educational or administrative benefit.

Skill91 may review account information, identity records, payment history, registered contact information, technical activity, device identifiers, network information, assessment participation records, and other operational data where reasonably necessary to identify duplicate accounts or identity misuse.

Where duplicate accounts or unauthorized identity usage are identified, Skill91 may merge account records, reject Academic Grant processing, invalidate assessment participation, withdraw certificates, suspend wallet services, permanently terminate associated accounts, or take any other administrative action reasonably necessary to preserve fairness and educational integrity.

Participants remain solely responsible for maintaining the security of their registered account and shall not permit any other individual to participate in assessments or Academic Grant activities using their account credentials.

18. Prevention of Fraudulent Academic Grant Claims

Skill91 operates the Academic Grant Program upon the principles of honesty, transparency, educational merit, and responsible participation. Any attempt to obtain an Academic Grant through dishonest, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate administrative action.

Fraudulent conduct may include, without limitation, submission of false information, forged identity documents, manipulated assessment materials, fabricated payment records, duplicate registrations, impersonation, unauthorized collaboration, certificate forgery, false declarations, fabricated supporting evidence, misuse of another participant’s identity, or any activity reasonably intended to obtain an Academic Grant through improper means.

Where fraudulent conduct is reasonably suspected or established, Skill91 reserves the right to conduct an investigation, suspend Academic Grant processing, invalidate assessment outcomes, withdraw certificates, reject future applications, recover educational benefits where legally permissible, notify relevant authorities where required by law, and take any additional administrative or legal action reasonably necessary to protect the interests of Skill91 and its educational community.

19. Accuracy of Participant Information

Every participant seeking an Academic Grant shall ensure that all personal information, educational details, contact information, payment information, uploaded documents, assessment submissions, verification records, and communications provided through the Skill91 platform remain accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date throughout the entire Academic Grant process.

Where any information previously submitted becomes inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or incorrect, the participant should promptly notify Skill91 and provide updated information where appropriate. Failure to maintain accurate records may delay verification, postpone Academic Grant approval, require additional review, or result in cancellation of eligibility where the accuracy of such information materially affects the administration of the Academic Grant Program.

Skill91 reserves the right to independently verify information submitted by participants using reasonable verification procedures before approving or processing any Academic Grant.

20. Temporary Hold on Academic Grant Processing

Skill91 may temporarily place an Academic Grant application or approval process on hold where additional verification, administrative review, policy compliance assessment, identity confirmation, document verification, payment review, fraud investigation, legal compliance, or operational clarification is reasonably required.

A temporary hold does not automatically indicate misconduct or permanent rejection of the participant’s eligibility. Such action may be implemented solely to allow sufficient time for verification, clarification, or completion of administrative procedures necessary for fair decision-making.

Participants are encouraged to respond promptly to requests for clarification or supporting information. Delays in responding may extend the processing timeline and, where appropriate, may affect continued eligibility if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

21. Circumstances Resulting in Ineligibility

Without limiting any other provision of this Policy, a participant may become ineligible for an Academic Grant where Skill91 reasonably determines that the participant has failed to satisfy the published eligibility requirements, violated platform policies, submitted false or misleading information, failed identity verification, engaged in plagiarism or academic misconduct, created duplicate accounts, participated through impersonation, manipulated assessment results, violated the Fair Play Policy, failed to cooperate with verification procedures, or otherwise compromised the integrity of the Academic Grant Program.

Determination of ineligibility shall be based upon the available evidence, applicable platform policies, verification findings, assessment records, moderation outcomes, and any other information reasonably relevant to the administration of the Academic Grant Program.

22. Academic Grant Approval and Distribution

Following successful completion of the assessment, evaluation process, moderation procedures, identity verification, policy compliance review, and final administrative approval, Skill91 may approve an Academic Grant for eligible participants in accordance with the published terms applicable to the relevant educational program. Academic Grant approval shall become effective only after official confirmation has been issued through the Skill91 platform or any other authorized communication channel designated by Skill91.

The amount, form, structure, educational purpose, availability, and method of distribution of an Academic Grant may differ between assessments depending upon the educational objectives, program design, institutional collaborations, sponsorship arrangements, funding availability, participant category, and other administrative considerations. Skill91 reserves the right to determine the most appropriate distribution mechanism for each Academic Grant program.

Academic Grants are intended solely as educational assistance and educational recognition. They should not be interpreted as salary, employment compensation, investment income, commercial earnings, gambling winnings, lottery proceeds, prize money, or any other form of guaranteed financial return.

23. Wallet Credit Process

Where Skill91 provides an internal digital wallet or educational wallet facility, approved Academic Grants may be credited to the participant’s Skill91 Wallet instead of being transferred directly through any external payment method. Wallet credit enables Skill91 to administer educational assistance securely while maintaining proper verification, transaction records, and administrative control over Academic Grant distribution.

Wallet credits shall be processed only after completion of all applicable verification procedures, administrative approval, and any additional compliance requirements established by Skill91. The timing of wallet credit may vary depending upon verification complexity, operational workload, payment reconciliation, technical maintenance, regulatory obligations, public holidays, banking dependencies, or other administrative circumstances.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring that their Skill91 account, identity verification status, registered contact information, and any other required account details remain accurate and complete before wallet credits can be processed.

24. Processing Timelines

Skill91 endeavors to process approved Academic Grants within a reasonable period following completion of the applicable evaluation, moderation, verification, administrative approval, and internal processing requirements. However, no fixed processing period is guaranteed unless expressly communicated for a particular assessment or educational program.

Processing timelines may reasonably vary due to verification requirements, document review, participant response times, payment reconciliation, system upgrades, security reviews, fraud prevention measures, banking procedures, technical maintenance, legal compliance obligations, force majeure events, or other operational circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skill91.

Participants acknowledge that additional verification or clarification requests may extend the processing timeline without creating any entitlement to compensation, interest, penalties, or additional educational benefits.

25. Claiming an Academic Grant

Where Skill91 requires participants to complete any additional formalities before an Academic Grant can be processed, participants shall comply with all reasonable instructions communicated through official Skill91 channels. Such requirements may include identity verification, confirmation of account information, acceptance of applicable terms, submission of supporting documentation, tax-related declarations where required by law, or any other reasonable administrative requirement.

Failure to complete the required formalities within the time reasonably specified by Skill91 may result in temporary suspension of processing, additional verification requirements, postponement of distribution, or cancellation of the Academic Grant where continued processing is no longer reasonably practicable.

26. Unclaimed or Unprocessed Academic Grants

Where an approved participant fails to complete the required verification procedures, does not respond to reasonable communication attempts, provides incomplete information, or otherwise fails to satisfy the administrative requirements necessary for Academic Grant processing within the applicable period determined by Skill91, the Academic Grant may remain unprocessed, be placed on administrative hold, or be cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

Skill91 shall not be obligated to preserve Academic Grant eligibility indefinitely where processing cannot reasonably be completed due to participant inaction, verification failure, inaccurate information, legal restrictions, or other circumstances preventing lawful distribution.

27. Taxes and Regulatory Compliance

Participants acknowledge that any tax obligations, reporting responsibilities, declarations, governmental filings, or other legal obligations arising in connection with an Academic Grant shall remain subject to the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Where required by law, Skill91 may request additional information, documentation, declarations, or other compliance-related information before processing an Academic Grant.

Skill91 reserves the right to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, taxation, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or governmental reporting obligations where required under applicable law. Participants remain responsible for obtaining independent professional advice regarding any personal legal or taxation consequences arising from receipt of an Academic Grant.

28. Educational Records and Grant Documentation

Skill91 may maintain reasonable records relating to Academic Grant eligibility, evaluation outcomes, moderation activities, identity verification, administrative approvals, distribution history, wallet transactions, participant communications, compliance reviews, and other operational information necessary for educational administration, certificate verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and platform management.

Such records shall be retained, protected, and processed in accordance with the Skill91 Privacy Policy, KYC & Verification Policy, and other applicable legal documents governing the handling of participant information.

29. Suspension of Academic Grant Processing

Skill91 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the processing, approval, verification, distribution, or release of any Academic Grant whenever additional administrative review, identity verification, fraud investigation, policy compliance review, payment verification, document validation, legal compliance assessment, or operational clarification is reasonably required. Temporary suspension is intended to protect the integrity of the Academic Grant Program and should not automatically be interpreted as a rejection of the participant’s eligibility.

A temporary suspension may arise where discrepancies are identified between assessment records, participant information, uploaded documents, verification details, payment information, technical records, moderation reports, or other administrative records that reasonably require further examination before an Academic Grant can be processed.

Participants are expected to cooperate promptly and honestly with every reasonable request. Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in extended processing delays or cancellation of the Academic Grant application where verification cannot reasonably be completed.

30. Cancellation of Academic Grant Eligibility

Skill91 reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or revoke Academic Grant eligibility at any stage before or after approval where it is reasonably determined that the participant no longer satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements or has materially violated this Academic Grant Policy, the Assessment & Evaluation Policy, the Fair Play Policy, the KYC & Verification Policy, the Terms & Conditions, or any other applicable Skill91 policy.

Grounds for cancellation may include, without limitation, submission of false information, plagiarism, identity impersonation, forged documentation, duplicate account creation, payment fraud, unauthorized collaboration, policy violations, administrative errors affecting eligibility, failure to complete verification procedures, misuse of certificates, manipulation of assessment outcomes, or any other activity reasonably capable of compromising the integrity of the Academic Grant Program.

Cancellation of an Academic Grant may also result in cancellation of associated certificates, merit rankings, educational recognition, wallet benefits, or any other related educational benefit where such action is reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, educational integrity, and compliance with platform policies.

31. Recovery of Incorrectly Issued Academic Grants

Where Skill91 reasonably determines that an Academic Grant has been approved, processed, credited, or distributed due to administrative error, technical malfunction, duplicate processing, identity fraud, policy violation, incorrect eligibility determination, or any other material irregularity, Skill91 reserves the right to recover, reverse, adjust, offset, or otherwise correct the affected Academic Grant to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Recovery procedures may include reversal of wallet credits, cancellation of pending transactions, correction of participant records, withdrawal of educational recognition, or any other reasonable administrative action necessary to restore the proper administration of the Academic Grant Program.

Before taking permanent recovery action, Skill91 may conduct an appropriate administrative review and, where reasonably practicable, provide the participant with an opportunity to submit clarification or supporting information regarding the relevant circumstances.

32. Fraud, Misrepresentation and Misuse

Skill91 maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards fraudulent conduct affecting the Academic Grant Program. Participants shall not directly or indirectly attempt to obtain Academic Grants through deception, false declarations, forged documents, fabricated evidence, manipulated assessment materials, duplicate identities, unauthorized accounts, payment manipulation, technical abuse, or any other dishonest practice intended to obtain an unfair educational or administrative advantage.

Any attempt to misuse the Academic Grant Program may result in immediate suspension of processing, permanent cancellation of eligibility, withdrawal of certificates, termination of the participant’s Skill91 account, restriction from future educational programs, recovery of improperly obtained educational benefits where legally permissible, and any additional administrative or legal action reasonably necessary to protect the interests of Skill91 and its educational community.

33. Permanent Disqualification

Where a participant commits a serious or repeated violation of this Policy or any other applicable Skill91 policy, Skill91 may permanently disqualify the participant from receiving Academic Grants associated with the affected assessment or future educational programs conducted through the Skill91 platform.

Permanent disqualification may be considered where fraudulent conduct, identity misuse, repeated plagiarism, certificate forgery, organized cheating, repeated policy violations, or other serious misconduct materially compromises the integrity, fairness, credibility, or lawful administration of the Academic Grant Program.

Permanent disqualification from an Academic Grant Program does not necessarily prevent participation in future assessments unless Skill91 separately determines that broader platform restrictions or account termination are reasonably necessary under the applicable circumstances.

34. Restriction on Future Participation

Where administrative investigations establish serious misconduct relating to an Academic Grant, Skill91 may restrict or prohibit the participant from participating in future Academic Grant programs, educational initiatives, assessment activities, certificate programs, promotional educational opportunities, or other services offered through the Skill91 platform.

The duration and scope of any restriction shall depend upon the seriousness of the policy violation, the participant’s compliance history, the available evidence, the potential impact upon other participants, and the legitimate interests of maintaining a fair, secure, and credible educational ecosystem.

35. Administrative Discretion

Skill91 reserves the right to exercise reasonable administrative discretion while implementing this Academic Grant Policy. Every decision relating to suspension, cancellation, verification, recovery, or restriction shall be based upon the available evidence, applicable platform policies, educational objectives, operational requirements, legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of maintaining fairness and integrity across the Skill91 platform.

Administrative discretion shall be exercised in good faith and in a manner reasonably consistent with the published policies governing the Academic Grant Program. Nothing contained within this Policy shall require Skill91 to approve, continue, or distribute an Academic Grant where the applicable eligibility requirements have not been fully satisfied.

36. Request for Administrative Review

Skill91 recognizes that participants may occasionally believe that an Academic Grant decision has been affected by a genuine administrative error, factual misunderstanding, verification discrepancy, or other exceptional circumstance. Appeals shall not be accepted merely because a participant expected a higher ranking, believed they deserved an Academic Grant, compared their performance with another participant, or disagreed with the educational judgment applied during the evaluation process. Educational judgment exercised in good faith shall ordinarily remain final unless a material procedural or factual error is established.

38. Participant Cooperation During Review

Participants requesting review or reconsideration are expected to cooperate fully throughout the administrative process. Cooperation includes responding to official communications, providing requested clarification, submitting authentic supporting documentation, confirming identity where required, and complying with every reasonable verification request communicated by Skill91.

Participants shall not submit forged documents, fabricated evidence, altered screenshots, misleading statements, false declarations, manipulated records, or any other inaccurate information while a review remains pending. Submission of dishonest information during the review process may itself constitute an independent policy violation and may result in rejection of the review request together with additional administrative action.

Where a participant fails to respond within a reasonable period after repeated communication attempts, Skill91 may complete the review based upon the information reasonably available at the time and close the matter without further correspondence.

39. Confidentiality of Administrative Reviews

Internal review activities, evaluator observations, moderation discussions, verification records, administrative notes, decision-making processes, quality assurance reports, legal assessments, fraud investigations, and other internal documentation relating to Academic Grant decisions are confidential operational records maintained primarily for educational administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and platform management.

Except where disclosure is required under applicable law, Skill91 shall not ordinarily disclose confidential internal review documents, evaluator identities, moderation records, investigation reports, or administrative deliberations to participants or third parties.

40. Record Keeping and Documentation

45. Limitation of Liability
