8. Verification Outcome

Users should ensure that submitted photographs are clear, recent, unedited, and accurately represent the individual operating the registered Skill91 account. Images that are heavily edited, blurred, digitally manipulated, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for verification may be rejected and users may be requested to submit a replacement.

Photographs collected for verification purposes shall be used only for identity verification, security, fraud prevention, certificate validation, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes described in this Policy and the Privacy Policy.

10. Payment Verification

Where payment verification becomes necessary, Skill91 may request reasonable supporting information including transaction reference numbers, payment receipts, bank confirmation, payment screenshots, registered mobile numbers, registered email addresses, or other information necessary to confirm the authenticity and successful completion of a payment.

Payment verification may be required in cases involving failed transactions, duplicate payments, refund requests, wallet credits, payment disputes, chargebacks, suspicious payment activity, banking discrepancies, or other payment-related matters requiring additional review.

Failure to provide sufficient information for payment verification may delay the resolution of payment-related requests until the verification process has been completed.

11. Duplicate Account Verification

Each individual is ordinarily expected to maintain only one genuine Skill91 account unless multiple accounts have been expressly authorized by Skill91 for a legitimate purpose. Skill91 may investigate accounts that appear to contain duplicate identities, similar personal information, unusual registration patterns, or other indicators suggesting unauthorized multiple account creation.

Where fraud indicators are identified, Skill91 may conduct additional verification, request supporting documentation, temporarily suspend services, delay certificate issuance, restrict wallet functionality, postpone Academic Grant processing, investigate assessment participation, or take any other reasonable action necessary to protect the interests of Skill91 and its users.

13. Re-Verification

Even after a user’s identity has previously been verified, Skill91 reserves the right to request re-verification whenever reasonably necessary due to changes in account information, suspected fraud, security incidents, certificate verification requests, payment disputes, account recovery, legal compliance, or other operational requirements.

Users are expected to cooperate with reasonable re-verification requests within the time specified by Skill91. Failure to complete re-verification may result in temporary restrictions on certain services until verification has been successfully completed.

14. False, Misleading or Fraudulent Information

Users shall not submit forged, altered, fabricated, misleading, expired, stolen, incomplete, or unauthorized verification documents or knowingly provide false information during any verification process.

Where Skill91 reasonably determines that false information has been submitted, the platform may reject the verification request, suspend or terminate the associated account, invalidate assessment participation, cancel certificates, reject Academic Grant eligibility, restrict wallet services, report fraudulent activity where legally required, or take any other action permitted under the Skill91 Terms & Conditions.

Where a participant becomes eligible for an Academic Grant or any educational assistance offered through the Skill91 platform, Skill91 may require additional verification before approving or processing such benefit. 26. Suspension, Restriction and Termination
